Beautiful house centrally located on .5 Acres
Our 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located on half an acre with plenty of room to hang out and make memories! The neighborhood is very safe and less than a 5 minute drive to major retail and grocery stores!

đž Outdoor cameras are located at each entrance for the safety of our guests, property, and neighborhood
đźâ»ïž If you are Checked in the night before Garbage/Recycling day, you will be asked to roll bins down for pick up. Pick up day is Thursday morning.

đ« No large gatherings or events allowed, only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. If house rules are broken we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund.
đ« đŹNo smoking inside the rental, no smoking inside garage. You can smoke outside away from the house and any open windows. There will be a $200 fee if smoking rules are violated and extra cleaning is required
Garage is our storage space and not for guests use.
