House location is ideal. Beach access and back deck are great. The house is older and there are minor issues but overall would stay again. Host was excellent.

Truly an old Florida cottage on the beach! Look out over the dunes, walk down the path to a beautiful beach. The screened in porch and deck were perfect, I even slept out under the stars one night! The kitchen and living area are in the front, street side,so no ocean view. Large bedroom has wonderful views , opens onto screen porch. One other bedroom opens to screen porch too. Bathrooms very nice. To access the porch you go thru a bedroom. It’s quirky but that’s part of the charm! We stayed on the screened porch, ate dinners out there .. we brought some “faux” candles .. a little ambient lighting! The deck is like a movie set… just perfect! Sunsets were showing up and showing off. Was just what we were looking for.

SPRING BREAK GET AWAY STAY

This was an amazing stay. It's a nice and cozy home. Great location with much to do and places to eat out or shop. Perfect for a family stay.

Our family of 5 loved the location and direct access to the beach. The outdoor showers were so helpful and the view from the patio gorgeous.

This was our 3rd time to vacation at this property and we just love it. The location, West of PCB, and the view from the back deck are perfect! Johanna is a great host and we can’t wait to stay here next time!

Great older house righ on the beach

You can't beat the walk down the steps to the beach. Older house but it had everything we needed for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

If you like the old Florida feel like staying at your grandma’s beach house then you will love it. It fills like you are at summer camp! No frills, window AC units that keep the place plenty cool. Great view of the beach/water from the back porch. No highrise condos close by so the beach is not so crowded.

BEST OLD BEACH HOUSE

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

Excellent view

Highly recommend staying here! Being directly on the beach was wonderful! The back deck and view of the beach is perfect! The cottage is old but is very comfy and roomy and was perfect for us since we spend most of the day on the beach. Comfy bed and very quiet area. Nice breakfast/lunch cafe directly across the street also! Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill was great for staying in and cooking. Will definitely stay again next summer.
