Santa Rosina, en Beachfront Cottage och arv av gamla Florida!

Denna familj orienterade stuga ligger på de vackra stränderna i viken. Ett steg ut verandan dörren sätter dig på din väg till en dag av sol, nöje och klaraste vatten någonsin. Den inglasad sova veranda sover fyra och är perfekt för barnen i familjen.

Detta är verkligen en strandtomt stuga. Två trappor, som visas i bilderna slutar vid stranden - som är perfekt för stranden kamning och långa promenader!

Vår stuga är tillgänglig för uthyrning våren genom Fall (MARS 15-november 15).

Ett arv från gamla Florida, är fastigheten nära Carillon Beach och Inlet Beach. Det är en avkopplande plats, men nära till många attraktioner i området för dem som vill ha en mer aktiv takt. Även om du är i den lugnare delen av Panama City Beach du fortfarande nära till många restauranger, livsmedelsbutiker, shopping, cykling, vandring, för att inte tala om allt vatten kul på golfen. I väster du är bara en kort bilresa till Scenic 30-A, hem för många exklusiva butiker och restauranger. Österut tar dig till roliga platser i Panama City Beach, inklusive Pier Park för filmer, restauranger och shopping. Bay Breeze Bait & Tackle ligger 1. 0 mil från stugan, på Back Beach Road. BEST OLD BEACH HOUSE

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

Beach cottage

Great location, could be a great beach house it they would install comfortable beds and living room furniture, give the place a good cleaning, the beach house was pretty dirty upon arrival. It was advertised in the description of the beach house that there was cable tvbut there was not. I couldn’t even watch the local abc, cbs, nbc, fox network.

This was our 3rd time to vacation at this property and we just love it. The location, West of PCB, and the view from the back deck are perfect! Johanna is a great host and we can’t wait to stay here next time!

Cottage

My husband and I love Santa Rosina cottage. I fell like I’m back as a child in my brother’s camp house at the lake. Absolutely loved it. If you need all the modern conveniences then this place is not for you. It was so clean. Towels and sheets smelled fresh and clean. My husband and I moved back to the sleeping porch and slept back there. It was so fun!! Beautiful beach right out your back door!! And not crowded at all Cottage was super clean. Only drawback as we didn’t know we couldn’t bring our dog onto the beach. He was sad he could not go with us anymore but it least we weren’t told until the last day of the trip out on the beach when a wildlife officer rode up and we were told dogs were not aloud on that beach. That was the end of our trip. I should have looked that up. Beside from that it was an absolutely beautiful cottage!! I would recommend this to anyone

Excellent view

Highly recommend staying here! Being directly on the beach was wonderful! The back deck and view of the beach is perfect! The cottage is old but is very comfy and roomy and was perfect for us since we spend most of the day on the beach. Comfy bed and very quiet area. Nice breakfast/lunch cafe directly across the street also! Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill was great for staying in and cooking. Will definitely stay again next summer.

I booked this rental specifically for the deck and the beach access. It was so relaxing, calm and not crowded beach. Everything I was looking for. The only regret was no washer and dryer in rental. Otherwise a perfect spot.

Great Experience

Absolutely loved our time. The cottage is quaint and dated which we found charming. The beach views from the back porch are unbeatable! Communication was quick and super easy with the hosts. Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants but also quiet and out of the busyness of tourists which we loved. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!

Great little place to stay! Place is pretty clean but could probably use a good deep clean. Living room furniture not very comfortable but OK for short periods. Beds felt fairly comfortable. The guest bathroom door know would not work from the inside and my mom got locked in while we were out. Luckily, we weren’t far away so she was stuck for only about 30 minutes. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Great Beachfront House

This little house is perfect. Plenty of space for us and our 3 kids with a couple of beds to spare. There’s no substitute for being right on the beach. Much more spacious and private than any condo anywhere near this price range. I love the quiet and calm Sunnyside location. This section of beach was never crowded even though it was 4th of July weekend. Highly recommended. We will stay here again.

Great Vacation

This property is exactly as described. There is nothing fancy about the property but if you are looking for a little nostalgia then this is the cottage to rent. The beds are comfortable annd the kitchen is equipped with a good supply of dishes. THere are ample chairs to enjoy the porch and even some to take to the beach.

Nice little beach house

I very much liked this little beach house. It’s nothing fancy but clean. It’s an older house but the location was Excellent & the view was also. The owner was pleasant & even checked to see how it was going while there. I’m a 58 yr old woman & was alone with my little fur baby. I never ever felt unsafe while there.

Love this old beach house!

This is my favorite place to stay. I’ve rented many times. NOT fancy but close to the water , great deck and screen porch. The kitchen is well equipped. This part of the beach is never crowded. The owner is so easy to communicate with. Enjoy!
