Nyligen tillgÀngligt för semesteruthyrning maj 2018 !!! Tog det frÄn semestermarknaden och bodde hÀr i nÄgra Är. Bara tillbaka pÄ marknaden !!
Kom och njut av den vackra utsikten över stranden frÄn den frÀmre balkongen och den intercoastal vattenvÀgen frÄn den bakre balkongen. Koppla av och spendera tid med vÀnner och familj i denna familjeorienterade enhet och pÄ stranden. Den frÀmre balkongen Àr utmÀrkt att sola under dagen och lyssna pÄ vÄgorna och njuta av havbrisen pÄ kvÀllen med en sval drink i handen.
FULLRENOVERAD 2016 ... NYA golv, köksbÀnkskivor, spis, diskmaskin, fÄfÀngar i badrummet, madrasser plus mycket mer ... 2017 badkar upptÀckt, vardagsrumsmöbler etc.
Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsÀng och privat badrum. Det finns 2 andra sovrum, ett med en dubbelsÀng och det andra med tvÄ uppsÀttningar med tvÄ enkelsÀngar över hela vÄningssÀngar. Gör ett bra barnrum. Mina tonÄringar tar med vÀnner och gör alltid ansprÄk pÄ detta rum.

Great location

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Amazing views, very short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 7. Host was easy to get ahold of quick to respond. Highly recommend.

First visit to Carolina Beach

Location to beach is great. Condo is beautiful and spacious, plenty of amenities. Kitchen very well stocked. Bedding and towels provided. Washing machine and dryer in rental. Beautiful view from front and back decks. Pool very nice. Only complaint is the parking situation
two cars permitted, but any time we used our car we took the chance that we wouldn’t have a parking spot upon return. Other than that, we hope to return!

Well worth the money

Loved having the two views - balcony one for the sun rising over the ocean and the second balcony in the back for watching the sun set in the west. Very clean condo.

Weekend Getaway

The house was amazing and perfect for my friends and all of our needs! Communicating with Andy was super easy and he was very understanding with all my questions. The beach was super close as well, public beach access less than 5 minutes away made for a very smooth transition from the house to the beach. Highly recommend this place!!

Fall trip to Carolina Beach

We had a good time staying at the property on arrival we noticed that we had such an incredible view of the Atlantic on the front even though it’s not Ocean side the property is spacious and I enjoy getting up in the morning and seeing the sunrise on the beach would recommend it. The only thing I would recommend would be to get a code for the door and maybe a code for the storage locker downstairs so you don’t have to walk up and downstairs with keys. It was a bit to put clean sheets on our own beds when we arrived.

The place is excellent, and the beach access is just across the street. Although we went for the Ironman, we enjoyed a lot in a very short time.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Very spacious & clean. Had everything we needed for a comfy stay. The check in instructions were super thorough & easy to follow. The condo is conveniently located between two public beach accesses with a short walk. The views are AMAZING. The condo is also a short drive to shops, restaurants, the boardwalk, the aquarium. We had such a good time. 10/10 will be back.

Andy was awesome! Super friendly and helpful about the area
always quick to respond! The place was in a good location, good size. The only negative was I don’t think the cleaning crew made much of an attempt to clean before we got there, it was definitely cleaner when we left than when we arrived. That part is kind of a bummer since we have to pay a cleaning fee. The sheets/towels were clean so it wasn’t a huge deal just surprising given the reviews. Overall a great stay and Andy was a great host! Thanks for the stay!

Our family loved this rental. The views were better than anticipated and the beach access was very convenient. Our boys especially loved the very comfortable couches in the living room. Very well kept and clean.

Home away from home

Stayed with my family including little kids, teenager, and adult children and spouses. I loved the patio/outdoor entrance to the condo. It had a place to hang those wet towels. I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was perfect for our family. Would recommend. The parking is tight and there is no elevator but the condo is worth it.

The condo was EXCELLENT. We stayed for a week with several of our adult children.Some key pros include:- The location is perfect; walk to the beach access was very short. - The condo had everything we needed.- The street is nice and calm, even on weekends.- Andrew was very responsive. We had an internet issue that was due to the provider, and he responded very quickly.- Host provided a number of extras including beach stuff so we didn't have to bring it, like chairs and a cart.- The balcony on the front AND back was a favorite feature so we could look out over the beach or the intracoastal waterway. After staying at many different places, Carolina Beach is our new favorite beach vacation location, and this condo was a perfect place to experience all it had to offer. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding views from the top condo deck!!

The tv remotes may need new batteries! The refrigerator did not seem to get or stay as cold as it should be. Freezer was fine. The decks and views were all outstanding and made the stair climb up to the top worth it. Thank you so much!

Fantastic Views!

A clean and comfortable place to stay. We were traveling for my daughter's 13th birthday, so this was perfect for each adult to have her own room and then the bunk room for all the kids. Easy access to the beach and marvelous views from both front and back balconies. Plus, Andrew was responsive and kind!

The property manager was AWESOME communicating every detail of check in process and directions regarding use of amenities and key locks. The property was clean and tiddy. Loved the view and the outside sitting area on the balcony. Awesome stay and super easy process

Great stay and gorgeous views!

The condo location was fantastic and owner was super nice and helpful! The view was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything. Condo was also very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed! (Just adding that the steps were a little rough since there were several flights so just be cautious if you have someone who struggles with stairs or walking)

Excellent location

We loved it. It was our first time staying in a condo on vacation- we had plenty of space and excellent views and a short walk to the beach! Wish there was an elevayor so we wouldnt have been out of breath everytime we had to make trips back and forth to the car. Talk about legs hurting from all the steps. We had fun tho. Had to rewash some dishes before using them because they were not clean (could have been from previous people staying).there was plenty to do and everyone was talking about how we should do this again.

Our family has always enjoyed the beach and the times that we get to spend together at the beach with friends. When our son and daughter were in middle/high school they were very active in sports and school activities, which limited the amount of time we could use the unit. When their and our schedules allow we used the unit every opportunity that we had. After our youngest went to college we decided to move to the beach and lived in the condo from 2016 until August 2017. We have now bought a house on Pleasure Island and will use the condo as overflow for friends and family when it's not rented. As you can tell we love the area and now call it home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We love this location because it's an easy ride straight down I40E from Raleigh to Carolina Beach. We liked the views from the balconies which are great to sun on or relax in the evening and watch the sunsets. Our teenage kids enjoy bringing friends down and enjoying the beach. It's a nice family oriented beach and the kids come and go, between the beach and the pool as they like. The room with the 2 sets of bunk beds gives them convenient arrangement to bring friends.

The unit is 3 flights of steps from the beach with convenient beach storage located on the ground floor to store beach stuff. There is a full size pool with this property which we really enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and other utensils.
