Carolina Beach spektakulära vyer från framsidan och baksidan, pool och wifi - renoverat

Nyligen tillgängligt för semesteruthyrning maj 2018 !!! Tog det från semestermarknaden och bodde här i några år. Bara tillbaka på marknaden !!
Kom och njut av den vackra utsikten över stranden från den främre balkongen och den intercoastal vattenvägen från den bakre balkongen. Koppla av och spendera tid med vänner och familj i denna familjeorienterade enhet och på stranden. Den främre balkongen är utmärkt att sola under dagen och lyssna på vågorna och njuta av havbrisen på kvällen med en sval drink i handen.
FULLRENOVERAD 2016 ... NYA golv, köksbänkskivor, spis, diskmaskin, fåfängar i badrummet, madrasser plus mycket mer ... 2017 badkar upptäckt, vardagsrumsmöbler etc.
Det stora sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och privat badrum. Det finns 2 andra sovrum, ett med en dubbelsäng och det andra med två uppsättningar med två enkelsängar över hela våningssängar. Gör ett bra barnrum. Mina tonåringar tar med vänner och gör alltid anspråk på detta rum.

Fantastic Views!

A clean and comfortable place to stay. We were traveling for my daughter's 13th birthday, so this was perfect for each adult to have her own room and then the bunk room for all the kids. Easy access to the beach and marvelous views from both front and back balconies. Plus, Andrew was responsive and kind!

Great location

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Amazing views, very short walk to the beach. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family of 7. Host was easy to get ahold of quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The property manager was AWESOME communicating every detail of check in process and directions regarding use of amenities and key locks. The property was clean and tiddy. Loved the view and the outside sitting area on the balcony. Awesome stay and super easy process

Great stay and gorgeous views!

The condo location was fantastic and owner was super nice and helpful! The view was beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our trip! We couldn’t have been more satisfied with everything. Condo was also very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed! (Just adding that the steps were a little rough since there were several flights so just be cautious if you have someone who struggles with stairs or walking)

Excellent location

We loved it. It was our first time staying in a condo on vacation- we had plenty of space and excellent views and a short walk to the beach! Wish there was an elevayor so we wouldnt have been out of breath everytime we had to make trips back and forth to the car. Talk about legs hurting from all the steps. We had fun tho. Had to rewash some dishes before using them because they were not clean (could have been from previous people staying).there was plenty to do and everyone was talking about how we should do this again.

Economical Thanksgiving destination!

We decided to celebrate a less traditional Thanksgiving this year, and we were grateful to find this beach condo with the advertised sunrise view just a short walk from gorgeous, deserted Carolina Beach. We accessed the beach itself easily from the public entry points and throughly enjoyed walking and shell seeking at low tide. Sleeping and cooking arrangements were ideal, especially for the price. The five of us baked pies, made fish tacos, used the on-site waffle maker, and enjoyed beach walks and a puzzle. Our only disappointment was not being able to watch movies and TV as a whole family in the very comfortable living area with the largest (but not connected, not smart) TV. There were smart TVs with access to streaming services in all 3 bedrooms, however. Heads up: the unit is a 3rd (4-story) floor walk-up, and the designated parking is pretty narrow. For serious cooking, you might want to bring your own knives and any special cookware. There is a Publix within a very short drive on the island, and a mini-mart and coffee shop just a few blocks' walk.

Great views from the Front and back

Great communication with the owner, the place was perfect for my family (UNCW Parents weekend). Awesome water views from both the front and back decks. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Carolina Beach.

Great location for family

Condo was a great place for a family and very clean and well stocked kitchen. Good location for beach access. And if you like cardio, then 3rd floor is great! Owner was great with communication. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location with the Best Views

This is the best condo, location is just the right distance from the boardwalk and the beach access points are very close. The views from both decks are amazing. Highly recommend this location (As long as it doesn't get overbooked and I can't find availability!)

Great place!

Fantastic location just across the street from the beach, about midway between the Pier and the Boardwalk. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and reclining couches. Convenient kitchen. Nice front deck with an ocean view and covered back porch with waterway and sunset view. Never-ending hot water. (Families with small children be careful: the hot water is super hot.) We also enjoyed the pool in the late afternoons/early evenings. We had a great time. Would absolutely come again.

Always Amazing

We stayed here last year and this year and have decided that as much as possible, this will become "our family vacation location". We love carolina beach in general but this particular condo offers the amenities and space we need. I cook a lot (with 4 kids and these prices, there's not much choice). There is enough seating for our family in the living room which is rare. The beds are also not awful like many places. I have been very pleased with my stay and can't wait to book for next year's trip!

Weekend Getaway

The house was amazing and perfect for my friends and all of our needs! Communicating with Andy was super easy and he was very understanding with all my questions. The beach was super close as well, public beach access less than 5 minutes away made for a very smooth transition from the house to the beach. Highly recommend this place!!

Fall trip to Carolina Beach

We had a good time staying at the property on arrival we noticed that we had such an incredible view of the Atlantic on the front even though it’s not Ocean side the property is spacious and I enjoy getting up in the morning and seeing the sunrise on the beach would recommend it. The only thing I would recommend would be to get a code for the door and maybe a code for the storage locker downstairs so you don’t have to walk up and downstairs with keys. It was a bit to put clean sheets on our own beds when we arrived.

Our family has always enjoyed the beach and the times that we get to spend together at the beach with friends. When our son and daughter were in middle/high school they were very active in sports and school activities, which limited the amount of time we could use the unit. When their and our schedules allow we used the unit every opportunity that we had. After our youngest went to college we decided to move to the beach and lived in the condo from 2016 until August 2017. We have now bought a house on Pleasure Island and will use the condo as overflow for friends and family when it's not rented. As you can tell we love the area and now call it home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love this location because it's an easy ride straight down I40E from Raleigh to Carolina Beach. We liked the views from the balconies which are great to sun on or relax in the evening and watch the sunsets. Our teenage kids enjoy bringing friends down and enjoying the beach. It's a nice family oriented beach and the kids come and go, between the beach and the pool as they like. The room with the 2 sets of bunk beds gives them convenient arrangement to bring friends.

The unit is 3 flights of steps from the beach with convenient beach storage located on the ground floor to store beach stuff. There is a full size pool with this property which we really enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, pot & pans, and other utensils.
