Excellent location

The owner could not have been more helpful taking immediate action on needs. The condo was very well equipped especially with a new couch with recliners. The kitchen had every item needed. The beds were very comfortable. The background check thru the condo association was complicated.

What a Beautiful view

The condo views overlook Little Hickory Bay from your lanai and master bedroom. The neighbors were very welcoming toward us.We really enjoyed the pool and the dock on the bay. The only problem we had was trying to get comfortable on that couch. Would definitely stay again and Herbert was a wonderful host.

Outstanding in every way!!

I have spent the last month at this incredible condo! Where shall I begin? Everything about the condo exceeded my expectations from the view to the cleanliness to the nice decor. The owners thought of everything! There were binoculars, beach chairs, tennis rackets and more; the kitchen had everything you could think of including a regular coffee pot and a keurig. It was safe and secure and very quickly felt like home. The angle of the building allows for great sunrises and sunsets. Loved waking up to the sunrise and the view of the water from the lanai and the MBR. I appreciated having designated parking and a nice pool right on site as well. The owner was super responsive and very available for a quick question. There were great restaurants within walking distance and nearby beaches. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, I WILL be back! Thank you for allowing me to rent your condo, Herbert!!!!

Snow Birding

Condo Building is very well maintained, great location and Condo has a million dollar view of the Bay and the Inter Coastal waterway. Always something to watch like boats, dolphins, fishermen from their boats, kayakers, etc. Tennis court currently under repair so something to look forward to in the near future! Short walk to the beach, local restaurants, boat rentals and many other services.condo is very well equipped!

Quaint Getaway!

This property is small and quaint. The view was beautiful and the location perfect. The owner was polite & quickly replied to our questions. EVERYTHING was provided for us including cleaning supplies, beach chairs & kitchen items! We walked to the beach, however, it was along a busy street on a narrow sidewalk with cyclers. Several beach parking lots are close by at hourly/daily rates. I gave it 4 stars because it is very dated, the sofa is worn out & wouldn't recline and the dining room chairs are stained. Due to every cupboard being full, we could only store our food on the countertop. Overall, a very good & relaxing experience.

Still waiting for owner to respond to a problem

We stayed in this condo for the month of January. Right off there was an uncomfortable issue with the way the uniit next door can see into our bedroom from their lanai, hear everything we say (as we heard them) from the living room. We felt we had to close our slider when we watched tv so it wouldn’t bother them. Regarding TV, when watching Netflix, it would stop and buffer every 15 minutes, so we’d have to go back to the beginning and restart the program. Halfway through the month, the refrigerator/freezer quit working. After several texts to the owner, he agreed it really was broken and said he bought another one but it wouldn’t be delivered until the day before we were to leave. We were without the refrigerator for 12 days. Luckily, there was a tiny wine frig which kept my husbands insulin cold, but we had to throw away spoiled food, get a cooler and buy ice everyday to keep some small amount of food on hand. Grocery shopping everyday is not convenient. At the end of our stay, the new refrigerator did arrive, but too late for us to benefit. I contacted Herbert, the owner and appealed to him to refund a part of our months rent due to our inconvenience and he offered $500. I agreed to accept his offer. Sadly, I have contacted him three times regarding how he wishes to refund the money to us and he has not responded. I will remove this review when he upholds what he said he would do.
