WELCOME TO "CAMP PRAIRIE CREEK" - PREPARE FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY! This glamping tent that resides inside the Camp Prarie Creek section of Bethesda Lake Resort is simply beyond your imagination. The amenities are the same as a cabin but it's a tent. Imagine taking your children camping but not having to endure harsh elements? Wouldn't that be fabulous? Kitchenette, coffee maker, TV, great WIFI, and fire pit. It has its own HOT TUB! It is Heated/Cooled very comfortably, standard toilet, hot running water with a shower. It is located in one of the nicest resort areas in Arkansas! It comes complete with complimentary access to kayaks and all other resort features/amenities including access to the heavily stocked Bethesda Lake. , This Mena Arkansas tent / cabin in the Ouachita Mountains is one of the most highly sought after cabins in Arkansas!

Camp Prairie Creek is part of Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins which was created and owned by Michael & Jessica Myers. Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins is located on and around Bethesda Lake. Bethesda Lake was constructed in 1925 and was set to be the centerpiece to a resort back in those days, complete with a golf course that was in the original plan. The plan for this resort fell by the wayside and the Great Depression led to the complete collapse of the plan to create the resort back in those days. Moving forward a few years, the Watkins family became the owners of the property and built some smaller cabins and also hosted seasonal swimming for an annual fee. The resort at that time was known as Lake Bethesda Resort. Lake Bethesda Resort closed in the late 60s at the will of the Watkins family at that time. During the following 50 years, minimal maintenance was performed on the property and it became completely ran down. The cabins were bulldozed and the beauty of the lake and surrounding property became covered in unsightly brush. Roll forward to 2019, Michael & Jessica Myers (owners of Bethesda Springs Properties), purchased Bethesda Lake and the surrounding land with a passionate vision to restore the property to it's original glory, and maybe take it to a level that is even better. Michael & Jessica, with the help of local craftsmen, began bringing their vision to life with the construction of cabins on or near the lake. Today, Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins is comprised of 300 acres and 10 cabins, several tents as well as other cabins in the construction plans that will be constructed on surrounding mountaintops. These mountain cabins will have views that rival the Smokey Mountains - stay tuned! CAMP PRAIRIE CREEK is newly constructed and is receiving it's first guests in 2023. We welcome you to book this extraordinary tent, experience it and feel the love that was poured into the construction of it. The pictures can't do it justice - you just have to see it!
