Nice beach house

It was a nice house that looked as shown in pictures. The neighborhood is really nice. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house and would definitely recommend it to other families. The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach or the pool! Loved the kids gaming area in the garage. One of the highlights of our trip was the resort pool. It was very nice, never felt overcrowded, and provided hours of fun for both the kids and adults. It was a great option when we wanted a break from the sand and waves. Diane was very accommodating and answered any questions we had very quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would stay here again!

Perfect House

Everything about the property was perfect! Home was clean and stocked. Check in was flawless and owner was easily reachable with any questions we had! The amenities at the community were perfect for our family. We will definitely be back.

Bayside Birdie

My sister and I came here with our families for a quick Labor Day holiday. The house and neighborhood were beautiful! The location to both the Rehoboth Outlets and the DE/MD Beaches is great. Diane was a wonderful host: a frequent communicator, gracious to give us a late check out, and very responsive. This is definitely worth checking out!!!

Beautiful Bay Resort Stay

Beautiful, spacious home with plenty of amenities in the community to keep you relaxed or busy, whatever you prefer! Fenwick Island beach is an easy drive or take the Bayside shuttle instead. Diane is quick to respond with any questions or needs. Renters should be aware that the home is very well appointed but does not come with paper products such as toilet tissue. Lovely community!

Family Time

The pictures do not do the property justice, it is very nice. My sister and I had our kids and it was a perfect layout, they had the whole upstairs to themselves :) Diane was very responsive, and we really enjoyed ourselves. I personally wish I would have realized how far the pool was from the property, I assumed it was right outside the house we were in, but it wasn't, that was my miss, I am not sure I would have purchased the resort passes had I known layout.

My family and I had a wonderful week at Bayside Birdie! House is well stocked with supplies. Garage has lots of beach chairs and umbrella’s. 15 minute walk to the Sunridge Pool and even closer to get to the Commons Pool if you don’t want to drive. Bikes would be a nice addition. Fenwick Beach is an easy drive. Assateague took about 30 minutes. Would definitely stay here again. The Host, Diane, was very accessible! Bayside Resort is just beautiful!

Girls Weekend

I stayed here with a couple other women for a weekend getaway and we had THE BEST time! The house is gorgeous and was beyond our expectations! It was extremely clean and in the perfect location. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed! We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and sat out there every evening. We took advantage of all of the amenities the resort had to offer. The pool was kid friendly but also had an adult pool with food and drinks. There was a restaurant close by with a beautiful sunset and beach area. The beach was a quick 10 minute drive and we had no problems parking. I would recommend this house to families and/or adult only trips. The owners were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating.
