LA PERLA CONSTRUCTION - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - TENANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EXCESS NOISE WILL EXIST DURING THEIR STAY.
La Perla is currently under exterior renovation of balconies and stucco for the next 18 months.
Monday to Saturday - 8:30 to 4:30pm - Expect noise from drilling during these hours.
All Tenant Evaluation fees are non-refundable in the event you cancel your reservation. Owner and broker are not responsible to reimburse.
THE POOL WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE SUMMER MONTHS FROM JUNE TO THE END OF AUGUST.
THE BALCONY WILL BE CLOSED FOR THIS UNIT FROM MARCH THROUGH JUNE/JULY - WE HAVE MANY OPTIONS IN THIS BUILDING THAT WILL NOT HAVE A BLOCKED BALCONY FOR YOUR TRAVEL DATES. WE CAN ALSO RENT YOU THIS UNIT AT A DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE STILL INTERESTED.

WE MANAGE THE BEACH ™ - Modern condo with 2 bedrooms and a den located directly on the ocean in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. Spacious layout with a split floor plan & 1623 sq/ft. Ocean views from almost every room in this apartment!
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs & features granite countertops. All pots, pans, utensils, cookware, & glasses are available for your stay. There is marble flooring throughout all living areas & bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony & ocean views. Master bathroom features a large walk in shower & also a soaking tub. Bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom.
The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed with a private balcony & ocean views. The second bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom & features a tub/shower combo.
The den features 2 twin beds & cable TV. There is no window on the den but there is a door for privacy. Half bathroom is located direct adjacent to the den.
Washer/dryer in the apartment for all your washing needs. Linens and towels are provided. Wi-Fi internet and cable are included.
La Perla is located directly on the ocean & is a private residential building that provides top notch services & amenities. Including the following: valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, & club room.
BEACH SERVICES - La Perla provides chairs, towels, & umbrellas to all guests.
GUEST ACCESS - Valet parking, fitness center, private pool, kids room, club room, & beach service that includes chairs, towels, & umbrellas.
NEIGHBORHOOD - Everything you need is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores are all around. Centrally located to all major highways.
The Aventura Mall & Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) & the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
ADDITIONAL FEES PAID OUTSIDE OF AIRBNB:
APPLICATION FEES: All guests over the age of 18 must go through a building application / screening process. Each guest will consent to a background check and pay $100/adult or $100/married couple. These fees are paid by the guest after booking directly to Tenant Evaluation.
VALET PARKING CHARGES ONE TIME FEE: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This ONE TIME fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.
GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS ONE TIME FEE - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. This ONE FEE is $25/adult and is paid at check in directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provides you access to the building, elevators, pool, and also beach services.
TOWEL CARDS - There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing.
We are not a hotel. We provide basic supplies (1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, and small starter soap/shampoo for the bathrooms). Any cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, soap etc that is left over from other guest will remain but we do not stock these things for our guests. Please plan accordingly for your stay.
