Vår drömvilla-hem “Aruba-villa - himmel på jorden” (3885 kvm eller 361 kvadratmeter) har varit i det exklusiva området ”Esmeralda”. Vi vill dela vår dröm Villa-Home med dig. Sedan över 20 år kommer vi till Aruba för vind- och drakesurfing och vi njuter alltid av den avkopplande brisen i 'One Happy Island'. Från den rymliga verandan har du en god utsikt över Salina och det höga hotellområdet med det nya Ritz-Carlton. Du kan se drakar och segelbåtar passera vid havet och från den enorma poolen kan du njuta av solnedgången med en fantastisk panoramautsikt. Villa-Home gränsar till naturreservatet och har massor av integritet. Det är bara 5 minuter från de fantastiska stränderna, shopping, restauranger, golfbana, kasino, biograf och mycket mer.
Villa-Home har ett rymligt vardagsrum med TV och WiFi, fullt utrustat europeiskt kök med bänkskiva i granit, 4 sovrum med king size-sängar, 3 badrum och ytterligare en bifogad studio med pentry, toalett och utomhusdusch med integritet. Från den underbara poolen med en längd på 29 ft eller 9 m kan du beundra de fantastiska solnedgångarna med ett glas vin. Din vistelse kommer att bli som i "Heaven on Earth".
Villa-Home har 4 sovrum för 8 vuxna. En barnsäng och en barnsäng finns också.
Eventuellt kan du lägga till studion för $ 500 extra per vecka, vilket passar då för totalt 10 personer.

Great Aruba Getaway

Excellent property in a quiet neighborhood on the North of the island. House is clean and well maintained, nice pool, grill, inflatables. Isan, the property manager is a great guy and easily accessible with any questions or recommendations.

Heaven on Earth

Our stay in this large house was nothing less than wonderful! Our family of 7 (6 adults plus a 1 year old) had the time of our lives, enjoying the pool, lounging outside, preparing meals in the spacious kitchen and watching the beautiful sunset over the Salina. The house has everything you could possible need (bring your own knives as the ones supplied are not sharp) The mattresses were all very comfortable, however the spacious master bedroom could use new sheets as the ones on the bed were uncomfortably pilled. The house is tastefully decorated, and the backyard is landscaped beautifully. We would return to this property in a heartbeat.

Wonderful location on Aruba

A fantastic house in a great location. Rooms were very comfortable and outside area is perfect. Only advice is bring your own pillow, but that's true will any VRBO. Other than that enjoy your stay in paradise!

The villa is excellent condition. Some new appliances had been installed since our last stay 2 years ago. The owner and property manager are both great to deal with.

Great vacation!

Amazing house

House was amazing and well equipped beautiful views and the outside area by the pool was awesome. Spent most of our time there. Hosts were great and answered every phone call immediately. No issues with the house at all!

Very nice property, well maintained and peaceful.

We had 4 couples that stayed at this property and we each had our own room and this house accommodated us all very well. The caretaker was very knowledge and helpful in acclimating us to the island. We definitely would consider staying here again on our next adventure to Aruba.

Heaven in Aruba

Spectacular house with spacious bedrooms and common spaces. The entire house is beautifully decorated. There is plenty of kitchen ware and accessories including almost any spice you may need. The pool area includes a very nice pool, a large covered seating area and a great view of the dry lake and highrise hotel area. The property manager was gracious and very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Aruba.

This is the life!

We stayed at the villa for a week during our wedding and honeymoon. The house was beautiful and very clean. It took a bit getting used to having AC in the bedroom while the main area of the house is a little warmer, but, hey, we were in paradise and made due! Our contact with the property manager was excellent. The beautiful pool really made our stay complete. We loved it! We would definitely stay at the villa again!!There were a couple of things that I think could be better, but they in no way impacted our stay. That's why I still gave the review 5 stars. There are no vents in the bathroom; therefore, no air flow. The bathrooms get hot, even in the evening. We just left the lights off unless we absolutely needed them on. This may be the norm in homes on the island. In fact, we kept all the lights off unless we needed them on.There is a large closet where the W/D is that holds towels. I could not find any hand towels or wash cloths. We just used a large towel as our hand towel. Maybe we just missed them somewhere. It wasn't a big enough deal to contact the property manager.It is difficult to put makeup on in the bathrooms due to the large ledge in front of the mirror. We made due, and I used the mirror in the den. Although not the best with lighting, it worked well enough for the few times I put on makeup.Again though, we absolutely loved the house and enjoyed our stay very much!! We loved having the view across the lake to the high & low rise areas!

Great location and very clean property.

Owner was fantastic and easy to work with. the property manager was on vacation so there were a few glitches but all were resolved quickly. Very quiet and convenient area with great views for fireworks and sighting of ocean liners. Would recommend this property to all ages.

Hidden Gem Plenty of Privacy

Off the tourist path but easily accessible to everything via auto. House is well appointed with all expected amenities, though it may be time for a refresh on some of the beach/pool items showing a little wear and tear. Overall good value with a GREAT property manager!

Property was just as listed. First Isan the Property Manager was a PRO! He ensured we were familiar with the property, and he checked in on us during a brief storm. The amenities made us feel like we were home. I would definitely stay here again

Great Vacation

This is a beautiful location to come to relax and enjoy. The house is gorgeous, and the location was great also. There was no better place to be than in the pool at sunset. The nine of us had a blast. Isan was very helpful and accommodating. This is definitely a place we will visit again. We were all sad to leave Heaven on Earth!!

This house is amazing. It's clean, open floor plan, nice, chill island vibe. It's located close to some amazing snorkel spots and other Hotspots in Aruba. The absolute best part of booking this was Isan, who manages the vrbo. He was very friendly, attentive, responsive and gave us a lot of tips and locations that made our Aruba that much more fun. Thank you Isan for the amazing Vacation!

Amazing time in Esmeralda 30

I’ve stayed with my family at Esmeralda 30. Beautiful property located only 4 minutes to Arashi beach. The best beach in Aruba in my opinion. The property is located close to Palm Beach shopping mall. The house was clean and better in person than the pictures. In the afternoon the pool was perfect place to cool off and enjoy time with family. The host was very friendly and resourceful. I already miss Aruba. Can’t wait to go back.

Overall it was a great vaca The house was clean and very spacious. Bathrooms and bedrooms were beautiful. Living room furniture was uncomfortable but we made due. The pool was wonderful. The bbq had issues as did the stove in the kitchen. The manager of the property was a really nice guy. Went over and above to help with our needs.
