The backyard is a spacious lawn & brick patio area, complete with a small dining table & chairs.

Cute and well appointed!

This is the most efficient little house and we loved it! Plenty big enough and the owners really put thought in to what we would need in each room. This was not a VRBO with a bunch of the owners “leftovers”, it was great and the amenities were very intentional and thought out! The beds were incredibly comfortable and the sheets and bedding were very nice quality. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the decor was quite well done. My only observation is if you require COLD air conditioning on hot days, this place had a tough time keeping up during the day. We have a dog that requires cold conditions for comfort and there were a couple days we were not able to achieve that because of the exceptional high temps. For “normal” people, I think it would be just fine - and for northern Wisconsin, it’s probably rarely an issue. This spot has a great location in Little Chute. It’s on a very low traffic street not far from the police station. It is just a few blocks from downtown, so we were able to walk to get coffee in the morning or to the restaurants/bars for a nightcap. It’s easy on and off the expressway and there are plenty of fun spots just around the corner in Appleton and downtown Green Bay is only 30 min away - the Green Bay airport is only 20 min away and Lambeau is just 25 min away! This was an all around gem of a find for us and I would recommend it to anyone!
