With four king master suites—two with extra twin beds—each with a private bath, plus an upstairs room with two full beds and a twin, there’s plenty of space for everyone. Share meals around the large dining table, enjoy game nights, or challenge each other at the pool table. Outside, the kids can play on the swings while you grill, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy a game of horseshoes. The perfect family retreat!

Full transparency-those staying in the upstairs bedroom will have to use one of the bathrooms in a master suite downstairs.

Please be aware that the roads in Broken Bow can be rough, featuring gravel and potholes. We recommend planning accordingly for your drive to ensure a smooth journey. Cousins reunion

Loved the house! Wonderful location, big comfortable rooms.Upstairs needed a bathroom but we didn’t use upstairs with our group number. Also needed a downstairs community bathroom to allow for bedroom privacy(naps, children - if larger number guests) Streets in neighborhood are terrible

We love dog friendly

Had a wonderful time with family. Cabin is an open concept which worked out great. Pool table was definitely used a lot. The only thing about the cabin is all the bathrooms are in bedrooms downstairs. No bathrooms upstairs at all. So the people staying upstairs had to come down and go into someone else’s bedroom to use the bathroom. Weird concept but us all being family it worked out. Our dogs had a blast they enjoyed the hilly walks. We appreciate property managements that allow us to travel with them. I would stay here again in the future. Would also recommend it.

40th birthday

This property was a great location and perfect open floor concept for friends to hang out and play games. The check in process was very easy. This cabin had all the essentials to cook that we needed and was super clean. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

Birthday and family reunion

We had a great time at the cabin! Loved the location; great rooms and decorations; lots of amenities like Kcup brewer and ground drip coffee pot; complete shampoo, conditioner and body wash; Overall great 3 days in Beavers Bend! Would even be better if there was a common restroom on the first floor or a bathroom on the upstairs bedroom!
