Our affordable, long-term studio apartments are geared for the traveling professional. We understand the needs of medical, business, and corporate professionals who need to stay in one place for a while, and our apartments provide the perfect solution. Our studio apartments are located in the heart of Historic Downtown Hannibal, MO and offer an ideal base for your travels. With modern amenities and convenient access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, Blue Diamond Apartments provides a home away from home.
We specialize in housing for traveling medical professionals and/or corporate interns. Our downtown residence is housed in a historic building, fully renovated with original features like high ceilings, big windows, original wood floors and exposed brick in some units. Each suite comes with everything you need to be home, away from home. Fully-equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. Individual heating/ac controls in each suite. Free WiFi and TV with Roku. Pets are welcome because we know how important they are to you when you are on the road. Shared, free laundry facilities.
Meeting the needs of medical professionals in Hannibal, Quincy and surrounding area. Weâre just a few minutes drive to the highway providing quick access to the Hannibal Regional Health Campus via 36, Quincy/Blessing via 72 and 172, and Bowling Green/Louisiana/Troy via 61S.

There is plenty of free parking in the city lot immediately behind the building. Our properties are within walking distance to downtown and many of the popular local attractions and restaurants. Walk to downtown, the riverfront, restaurants, and shops. Located in the heart of the Historic Downtown Area and festival district where something is going on almost every weekend, March through December.

All our units feature all the comforts of home. Fully renovated to include new plumbing, wiring, separate heating and air-conditioning with remote control, individual on-demand hot water heaters sized for single-person occupancy, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full-sized or larger bed.
