Cozy custom home built in 2019, located on Kingsbury near the highest point of the Sierrasâjust 2 miles from Heavenlyâs Boulder Lodge. Close to hiking & sledding. Relax in the private hot tub, take in stunning sunsets from the rooftop deck, or gather around the outdoor firepit. Features include a Traeger smoker, gas BBQ, ample outdoor seating, a two-car garage+ EV charger, two 70" TVs, foosball, a Nintendo Wii, karaoke, and board games. Perfect Tahoe retreat!

* Security cameras monitor OUTDOOR spaces only (both video and audio). These specific areas include the driveway, the downstairs entrance to back yard, and the garage. There are NO INDOOR cameras. Cameras are not monitored unless there has been a violation of the house rules or in an emergency situation. Thank you for your understanding in our need to keep our property safe.

This unique, new construction home sits on a fully fenced 0.5-acre corner lot offering both seclusion & privacy. A definite crowd pleaser for a memorable Lake Tahoe summer or winter vacation.
The home is also situated at the top of a forest canyon. This makes for incredible views. However, voices and music carry exceptionally far in the canyon. There is a STRICT noise ordinance that prohibits outside noise after 9:00p.m. If you are planning to host a loud and/or rambunctious party, select another property. Read our description carefully. We host a relaxing, serene home in a quiet neighborhood, and we ask you to please honor our neighbors by adhering to the 9:00p.m. outside noise ordinance. Should the police be called for a noise ordinance violation, you will sadly forfeit the remainder of your stay and will be asked to leave the property. This is required for our Vacation Rental Permit to remain in effect.
Please note: A 14% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is required by Douglas County law on all Vacation Home Rentals in the Lake Tahoe Basin. This tax will be collected at the time of booking and is listed in the rates and fees.
