Vår familj filmade ett avsnitt för "Mexico Life" 2015 och det har pågått flera gånger under året. Vi köpte en mycket stor 3 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet på den vackra lagunen Puerto Aventuras och bara några steg från stranden. Allt är nytt inuti. Fönstren i sovrummet och vardagsrummet sträcker sig från golv till tak. Det är en fantastisk utsikt. Dessa lägenheter sover 7 till 8 personer med en king size-säng i sovrummet, en drottning i det andra sovrummet och tvillingsängar i det tredje. Det finns en extra uppblåsbar säng i full storlek. Du kommer att njuta av ett nydesignat kök som var klart september 2016. En tvättmaskin och färgämne i full storlek ingår. Njut av ett kaffe på balkongen för att börja dagen med utsikt över lagunen eller ett glas vin på kvällen under solnedgångar. Om du inte är på stranden (bara 250 meter bort) kan du svalka dig i poolen som ligger precis utanför balkongen. Ta kajaken för en kryssning på lagunen eller bara umgås med det inre röret. Bra snorkling ligger bara 10 steg bort där du kan se massor av fisk. En golfvagn är tillgänglig att använda och kryssa runt i samhället. Golfvagnar hyr vanligtvis för 39 dollar per dag i Puerto Aventuras, men vi inkluderar dem i våra hyror. Det finns så mycket att göra som att simma med delfinerna, golf, tennis, spa, shopping, fiske, para-segling, dykning, snorkling och så mycket mer. Du har dussintals restauranger att välja mellan. Du kan lyssna på levande musik varje kväll. Vårt bostadsrätt och Puerto Aventuras är ett utmärkt sätt att linda ner och koppla av. Vi inkluderar också ett medlemskap i Omni Beach Resort. Wonderful condo, great location!

We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable at the condo! The location is close to everything and having the golf cart was very convenient. The hosts in Puerto Aventuras were very attentive to anything we needed, and very quick and good with communication. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

A relaxing week at the beach

We enjoyed the condo, pool, and local area. The golf cart was great for getting around and the condo exceeded expectations. The management company was very responsive to the couple of questions we had during our stay.

Very relaxing holiday

The owner Mark was great with anything we asked . The pool and lagoon was very relaxing . The kids liked kayaking and of course the pool . Everyone at the restaurants and bars were very friendly . The food was fantastic

Awesome vacation!

Great location! Just steps from gorgeous lagoon. Could kayak right off back yard and take a dip in the pool whenever. The golf cart made it extremely easy to explore. Passes included for the Omni were great as our small children loved the pool. Great family vacation!

Great confortable condo

Our family had an incredible stay at this property! The condo was perfect for our needs, offering a spacious, quiet environment with a beautiful view over the lagoon. We had a great time using the kayaks and paddle boards. Checking in was very easy and the management team was extremely accommodating and responsive. Everything matched the descriptions on the website, and we felt very safe throughout our stay, thanks to the diligent security at the entrance of PA. While the rooftop was undergoing some work, that didn’t diminish our overall experience. In short, we loved our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended—10/10!

Will stay here again!

The whole family enjoyed the stay, checking in was easy, and the management team was very VERY accommodating, also very responsive in resolving a couple of small issues with the swimming pool and a shower drain. everything was as described in the website. We felt very safe in the complex, I liked the fact that everyone coming into the area has to check in with security personnel at the entrance.

Great place for a great price

This was our first time to Puerto and we had a great time. The condo was perfect for our family. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time and loved the golf cart which we used to get to the beach and explore the village. So nice not to have to use the car. We would definitely go back.

Everything was amazing

We absolutely loved the condo, its size, location, golf cart access, lagoon, pool etc. We are a family of 5 with three young kids so the size of the condo was so wonderful. The lagoon was great for swimming and we enjoyed the pool daily. We thoroughly enjoyed the area - we did day trips to Xcaret, Akumal monkey sanctuary, Catamaya sailing trip and Tulum and cannot wait to return!!

Great apartment in PA resort

So much to like about this place, spacious apartment with nice view over the lagoon, good amenities and added bonus of a golf cart which the family loved using. Maybe the decor is a little dated, and the rooftop is basic enough to be of little use, but these 2 points did not diminish really from a very enjoyable stay. Concierge team were very helpful too. Overall loved it and would like to return sometime.

Great week

We had a great time in Mark's condo. The location is perfect for going to the restaurant/bar area wit th golf cart or a short walk. Having kayaks, stand up board, mask and fins was also a nice add on. Luisa the house manager was amazing and went the extra mile to help us with whatever we needed. Mika and Sabrina were great also.

Paradise rental

The rental was very nice, resort style living at its best. Would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again. My only issue was Wifi not working. :( The owner was easy to contact and responded very quickly to my messages.

Great place to stay!

We rented this suite with our 2 adult children and 2 young grandkids. We had enough space to fit us all comfortably and we all enjoyed our stay there. The golf cart, and the Omni Hotel passes were a wonderful bonus and the price overall was a great value. The host was excellent to deal with, and was very helpful with a couple of small issues we had. The main air conditioner was not working and he ended up having it completely replaced, which was great.

Spacious comfortable condo overlooking lagoon

Spacious 2nd floor condo overlooking lagoon. Comfortable beds, good AC and Wi-Fi, well equipped kitchen, nice to have washer/dryer in the condo. Lovely pool shared with 3 other units but rarely used by anyone but us! Great to have access to kayak and paddle board for the lagoon. Pleasant 15 minute walk to main restaurant area or very quick ride in the golf cart which is included in the condo rental (which is a big value add since cart rental can be expensive!). Property managers responded quickly in dealing with a few minor maintenance items.

Memories

This was our first time to Puerto Aventuras so we weren't exactly sure what to expect. We came with most of the family and we will cherish the memories. The location is wonderful and the extras (golf cart and Omni membership) were used often. The condo was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room and access to the pool, lagoon, shops and restaurants was ideal. There is a roof top terrace, but we weren't able to use it due to some needed repairs, but Mark was great with making that situation work out. I would recommend this place to anyone and we look forward to a return trip in the future.

Great Stay!!

What a great stay. This place was perfect for us and our kids/grandchildren. The welcome information packet has everything you can think of for your stay. Spending 24 days here was relaxing and felt like home. The pool was nice and the we loved the lagoon. My husband fished off the pier, catching some nice fish. Also, having the kayaks and paddle boards were nice for our grow children. Having the golf cart was nice but you could walk it if you don't mind a 15 min walk down to the restaurants. Communication between the property managers Sabrina and Hector was great. They were quick to respond with any of our questions. Thank you for an awesome job setting up our transfers for us and our kids, Luis did a great getting us to the condo and airport!! Thank you We hope to return!

Best Trip Ever

From the time we walked in I knew I had chosen the prefect place to stay… This is a safe private community with stunning landscaping and amazing restaurants and shops within the community, The golf cart that was included with the rental was perfect for us to get around, place was exactly what we needed, kitchen had everything, washer and dryer was used frequently since it was raining most days we were out most days very convenient since we were 6 in total… first day is confusing but owner was quick to respond all the questions I had and recommended great places to shop, eat and find ATMs . I highly recommend this place for big parties specially if traveling with children or teens, never a dull moment they all had a blast . Thanks again for all the great memories in your little paradise, it was perfect.

Good stay

We liked everything about the apartment although it could do with some TLC. The sliding door was a security problem as it doesn't really lock properly. We were told not to change the password on the safe which I did not like. These minor things aside, it was great, particularly the golf cart.

Large clean condo with fantastic views

This condo is a real find. It is situated in a closed/gated area South of Playa del Carmen. Overlooking the balcony in the rear of the condo is a larger lagoon that eventually leads out to the Caribbean. There are two kayaks, inflatables, snorkel equipment and other amenities at your disposal. A golf cart can take you to the Puerto Adventuras downtown area where there are plenty of really good restaurants, especially the Divot restaurant for dinner. This area also has a marina and a dolphin adventure area which is pretty nice. There is also a gelato place, Jessie's, that makes the best gelato around. We are already making plans to visit again in the near future. We miss our Mayan Riviera home. Also, we were able to see the ruins at Coba and Tulum and get around some of the off beat Mayan villages by cab and rental car.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful view of the lagoon. The condo was perfect for my family and was central to all the places we planned to visit. I highly recommend renting a car as we did, you must travel at least 15 minutes to 3 hrs to the main attractions. The closest we went to was Xelha and furthest was Chichén Itzá and Bacalar Lagoon. We traveled with young adults and a 6 year old. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the AC in the master bedroom went out. We were in late and early out everyday exploring the beautiful riviera maya. We didn't have time to use the golf cart or explore Puerto Aventuras (a must see) We certainly needed more time. I'm sure if I wouldn't of forgotten to ask to get the ac fixed it would have. Gaby the downstairs neighbor who helps with any issues was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for letting us stay in this wonderful place the pictures don't make justice.

Another wonderful vacation in Puerto Aventuras

We stayed at this condo in 2016 and had such a wonderful experience we decided to head back this year for another nine day vacation in Mexico's Mayan Riviera. The three bedroom condo is more than adequate for the six of us, four adults and two children. The kitchen and living room are modern and spacious and well equipped. The lagoon is a pleasure to look out over. The condo features two kayaks and clean swimming pool which the kids love. You can see schools of fish swimming around the lagoon which leads to a cove on the Caribbean. Beach membership to the Omni, a local resort hotel is also included with the condo rental. A golf cart is provided which makes it easy and convenient for going over to the Puerto Aventuras center where there are many good restaurants, shops, the Dolphin Discovery and especially Jessie's Gelato. The condo owner, Mark is a great communicator and very attentive. He and the rental manager Gabby are really quick to take care of any problems you may have. We enjoy this part of Mexico more and more. This vacation we explored the Tulum area, cenotes and Cozumel and can't wait to be back here soon.

Great location and gorgeous, private rooftop patio

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the condo during the first week of December. We were very impressed with the large space, the amazing private roof top deck and the views. The location is great - a very easy ½ block walk to the beach. The use of the golf cart made a huge difference, I wouldn’t want to rent in the area without one. We did have a couple of problems (leaking ceiling, no water delivery) but Mark responded to the issues very quickly. There was unexpected heavy construction both downstairs and next door (they were pounding out concrete to remove built in hot tubs) and that was very loud, but we stayed away from 9-5 while they were working. The construction meant we were the only ones staying at the condo unit, so it was great to have the whole place to ourselves! There is a large grocery store located a quick taxi drive outside the gates and we loaded up with supplies for the week and used the rooftop BBQ nearly every night. We used the kayaks, which was so much fun. And also used the access card for the Omni, although we liked the beach down the street, which is literally steps away. Puerto Aventuras is a quiet, laid back community and is a perfect location to get around to the sites. Easy taxi ride to many places and we rented a car (right outside the gate) for a couple of days to get to EK Balam (via the new highway) and Tulum. The condo is very clean and well kept, as is the pool. The extra amenities (golf cart, kayaks, snorkels, life jackets, washer and dryer) included with this unit is a huge bonus and money saver. This is a wonderful condo unit and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful Condo and Great Community

My husband, daughter (17) and I rented this great condo beginning of June. Very clean, spacious, and great location. Very impressed by the size - we were never on top of one another - which is why we try and rent condos instead of staying at hotels. Bathrooms are very roomy and showers are large and nicely done. I am a clean freak so having such a large updated bathroom was a nice added plus for me. We set up one table and played cards and put together a puzzle during the week and we still had the dinner table to have meals. Having washer and dryer inside was an added plus, we were able to keep towels up and went home with clean cloths. It is nice to take the golf cart (which is included in price) down to the local places to eat and of course get geloto every night. The beach access is only a short walk but we enjoyed going to the beach next to the Omni. One day we did the "day pass" at the Omni which cost us $700 pesos each (200 for access to beach and pools, and 500 goes toward food and beverages). It was ok but you can walk just a short (less than 50 steps) and have access to same beach just without a chair for free. We still ordered drinks at the Omni bar and we would go sit on the free beach. Locals bring their dogs and they play on the beach as well. We didn't take advantage of the grill on the roof top or use the kayaks - but they are both there at no additional charge. If you take golf cart to Omni and walk to the right as far as the beach will take you to a peninsula you can snorkel - many people snorkeled right at beach access but this area was calmer water and not as crowded. We did a day at Xplor - which we so enjoyed. If you go, go do your zipline first thing as the line gets long and you can do both courses back to back. We rented a car so we also went into Playa del Carmen one evening - which is fun and great place to shop and eat. The only reason I am not giving this a rating of 5 is due to air conditioner issues - which Mark and Gabby are in the process of having repaired. Would definitely return and rent this condo again. Great place for family as it is quite and roomy.

Holiday Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in Puerto Aventuras! It was safe, and the managers were incredibly helpful with transportation and answering questions. We loved the area and it was so nice having a spacious, clean condo with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. Thank you everyone who helped make our first VRBO experience an awesome one!

We're a family from Colorado that enjoys the beautiful views of Mexico. We wanted to have another place to call home when it was time for a break. We purchased the condo to enjoy several weeks of the year and to rent to others that want to enjoy the beauty of the Riviera Maya. My wife and I have a 20 year old daughter, and three dogs that keep us extremely busy. We enjoy camping and fishing during the summer and traveling during the colder months. Our family would live here if we could, but work doesn't allow for that yet. I am working on that!!!

Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with 24 hour security about 15 mintues south of Playa Del Carmen. It is a gorgeous condo right on the Lagoon. There's a pool right off the patio for our 11 year old to swim in while were not at the beach, and the beach is only steps away. We can kayak, snorkel, or just hang out on the inner tube right off our back yard in the lagoon. Puerto Aventuras is gorgeous with the the flowers and foliage that makes it feel like paradise. It's a safe place to either raise your family or visit for a week. There's shopping, restaurants(fast food to fine dining), swim with the dolphins, fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, para-sailing, golfing, spa, tennis and many other other activities to do. There's live music everynight, and you can either order a burger or lobster depending on what you feel like eating. It's easy to get here with 3 1/2 hour flight from Denver, so you don't have to travel all day.

This is a very large condo over 2200 square feet in size. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. You have a pool right off the back patio and the beach is about 300 feet away. You will have access to a golf cart. The air conditioning works great and the condo is equipped with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer. Puerto Aventuras is a gated community with 24 hour security. Puerto Aventuras is a community that offers wonderful food, water sports and ocean excursions for the entire family. Playa Del Carmen and the famous 5th Avenue is conveniently 15 minutes away.
