Since the photos were taken, we've added 2 window AC units to help the central HVAC system keep the house cooler. Because it's an older historic home, it can sometimes struggle to maintain comfortable temperatures during heat waves and the Columbia heat. These units are a great help in ensuring the house stays comfortable!

The Cottontown Art Crawl is a free, family friendly event that takes place annually in the historic Cottontown neighborhood. The event takes place on Saturday, March 8, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Please note that the 2500 block of Sumter Street will be closed to all traffic during this time to accommodate the event. If you're planning to stay in the area over the weekend of March 7-9, please be aware of increased street traffic and road closures, as large crowds are expected for the event. These factors could impact your stay, so plan accordingly.
