Or, with all of the great local restaurants you may select to go out to, it's your decision.The living room is beautiful with that coastal feel but also very comfortable and perfect to relax in after a day at the beach and watch a movie on the large flatscreen TV. The balcony has a high-top table and chairs and is the perfect spot to sit and have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening listening to the crashing waves. On the second floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms including a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private en suite bath with a spectacular view of the ocean & pool. Second bedroom is found upstairs with two twin beds. If you have extra guests, the sofa pulls out to a queen-size sleeper. Each of the bedrooms has a flatscreen TV with cable. Four, climate-controlled swimming pools, pickleball, tennis courts, racquetball courts, a basketball area, a new children's play area, and a lending library with books, puzzles, and games. This 25-acre property welcomes all.Summerhouse is bordered on one side by sand dunes and a wildlife sanctuary, and on the other side by multi-million-dollar homes. Directly across from Summerhouse are the Intracoastal Waterway, Fort Matanzas, and even more quiet, secluded beaches. There is not a high-rise anywhere in sight, yet Summerhouse is only a short 15 miles from downtown St. Augustine with all its fascinating history and charm as well as scores of wonderful restaurants, gift shops, pubs, and historic venues.
