Vilken fantastisk plats att spendera din Florida Gulf semester. Denna mycket uppdaterade två sovrum condo i den fantastiska Sunset Vistas condominium komplex är setup och redo att gå. Direkt tillgång till stranden, två resort stil pooler, bubbelbad spa, Tiki Bar, på plats Cafe, och vackert anlagda gården område gör detta till en plats att komma ihåg.

Med alla nya möbler överallt står denna rymliga lägenhet ut från allt annat i byggnaden med en king size-säng i sovrummet och en queen size-säng i det andra sovrummet. För extra sovande arrangemang finns en premium queen size bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, och gott om sängkläder och handdukar för alla. Det finns tre nya plattskärms-TV - inklusive en för varje sovrum, gratis höghastighets WiFi, DVD-spelare och varje köksapparat du kan behöva. Inuti enheten hittar du också en fullstor tvättmaskin / torktumlare och ett par premium strandstolar för din användning.

Den stora privata balkongen ger en underbar utsikt, och har sittplatser för att njuta av din morgonkaffe. Matplatsen har plats för sex, med en granit toppad bar område för avslappnad middag eller lite arbetsutrymme.

Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i en lugn del av byggnaden, och den privata balkongen utanför vardagsrummet ger en mycket lugn utsikt över viken. Anläggningsutrymmet ligger precis intill, och enheten har egen reserverad parkeringsplats.

Lovely property. The cafe was a wonderful bonus. Excellent food and a discount for people staying there.Grab bars in the shower and bathtub should be added asap. Another suggestion would be to provide a list of what TV is available at no additional cost. With all the options available today it's a waste of time to make a selection only to find you can't watch it.

--Smell of sewer gas was pervasive the entire trip.--Master bedroom (king mattress) is dilapated and very broken down, spongy where you can hear the springs upon laying down.--Carpets are stained, matted and tearing and thresholds--sliding patio door didn't lock--front door sticks and not easy to open for any kids 10 years old.--Gym is next door so at night I hear people throwing weights/medic balls all night. Annoying and couldn't sleep until later.hot water was goodlocation to beach and pools was greatsaw no bugs in the unitHVAC worked greatone bathtub and one shower so convenient options

The management was responsive and helpful but the condo did seem like it needed a deep clean. Carpet was way overdue to be replaced and baseboards were pretty dirty. The towels smelled mildewy or not totally cleaned but luckily we could wash in washer. Everything worked but just dated furniture and appliances. There was clearly some wear and tear around the condo but overall it met our needs to be at a beach for 4 nights. Probably won’t stay there again but had a nice time.

Birthday Vacation

Selected this property to celebrate my birthday with my sister and friend who flew in from New Jersey. Easy airport pickup. Check in process was seamless and the property was perfect. Close to the activities we wanted (Dolphin watch, sunset sail and a visit to the Dali). Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. No complaints and I intend to book a return visit.

Everything you need for a beach vacation.

My husband and I spent a long weekend here with my elderly parents and it was perfect for our needs. With easy access to the beach and pools my parents were able to enjoy everything Treasure Island has to offer. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella which saved us a lot of money by not needing to rent these at the beach.

Wonderful beach vacation

My husband and I stayed with our 17 and 19 year old kids. We all had an amazing stay and highly recommend staying here if looking to vacation in the Treasure Island area. The beach is one of the nicest of anywhere we’ve been, and we loved the location of the condo. We walked to Johns Pass several times. The condo was well set up with everything we needed for our stay, and was very clean. We were appreciative of being able to check in a little early as we had an early arrival in the area. I would love to stay here again if we come back.

Beach getaway

Love staying at Sunset Vista. This was my second time & it will probably be a yearly trip. 202S was top notch, I only had 1 issue with the TV & that was taken care of immediately. Great food at cafe & drinks at Tiki Bar.

Fantastic location

Walking distance to great food; Cafe/ bar onsite and steps away from the apartment; beautiful clean beach; crowd was great- felt safe. Pool and hot tub were always full likely due to it being too chilly for the beach while we were tthere

We were pleasantly surprised by this condo. The owner was extra accommodating to get us in as soon as possible. Two nice and very comfortable bedrooms. Updated & clean bathrooms. Nice living room and balcony to enjoy. Great beach & pool access. They provided a cooler, pool noodles, beach towels and beach chairs which saved us from having to purchase these for our four day stay. A Parking Pass was provided and we thoroughly enjoyed many activities that Treasure Island had to offer. We were super happy with our stay.

Great Place for Family to Stay!

We had such a great time staying at this condo! The furniture is totally updated in the living room, and eating area. The location is wonderful- close to pools, beach, etc. There's a few beach chairs, wake boards, and beach toys for use in the condo- so that was super helpful, and my kids loved finding the new stuff to use during our stay. Communication was easy with the host. No issues getting in. It's also nice because you'll have an assigned parking spot. The pool/hot tubs are open until 10pm, so it was great to take night swims after dinner. One little tip is that there's Freebeachride.com to use..it's a taxi that is based just on tips. We ended up using 1 guy for the entire trip (got his number). Everything very close, St. Johns Pass was where we spent most of the time in the evening. Grocery stores also close. One con of the complex is that you cannot use the internet for Streaming on the TV. I don't want to doc the condo for it, because it's a entire complex thing. The workout room is next door to condo, therefore you do hear people dropping weights- but with little kids around, it didn't matter to us much. Overall, GREAT STAY! Thanks again!!!!!!

The property was as described on the website. Great location to the beach. Only issue was the gym located right next to our room. Guests kept dropping weights and it sounded like they were coming through the wall.

Property management was excellent to work with

Management was fast to respond and also provided us with a pack n play for our baby to sleep in. The pool could have been kept up with a little better but we would go back again

Needs Updating

Bedroom carpets are absolutely filthy. My socks were black from walking on them. Very poor first impression when you see how gross they are. New couch and table but the rest of the furniture should be replaced. Very beat up. Appliances should be replaced also. Kitchen not well stocked with basics. No sharp knives for slicing. Excellent location though! Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. Easy check in

We were quite far from the beach and adjacent to the small property cafe which also doubled as a wedding venue. On weekends, music is blasting in the outside courtyard with people sceaming and dancing at night.
