Three large bedrooms have been furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and everything you could need to relax, including a smart TV in each room. All of the bedrooms are spread across a single story, making them easy to access.

The primary bedroom offers a majestic king-sized bed with a designer bed frame. It has an ensuite bathroom for maximum privacy and convenience. It’s also a fantastic family room for those traveling with young infants, and you’ll find plenty of kid-friendly amenities including a Pack ‘n’ Play and high chair.

A comfy queen-sized bed can be found in the second bedroom, while a full-over-full bunk bed furnishes the third bedroom. The latter is an ideal setup for kids, and you’ll find plenty of toys and board games to keep little ones entertained. An extra sleeping spot can be found beneath the bunk in the form of a handy pullout trundle.

In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is also a guest full bath. Both bathrooms are clean and stylish with elegant vanities and convenient bathtub and shower combos, so you can choose to enjoy a hot shower or a soothing soak in the tub.

As guests, you will have full access to every part of this beautiful condo, from the contemporary lounge and full kitchen to the three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms. You will also have access to the shared community amenities, which include a seasonal outdoor pool subject to conditions.

The apartment is spread across a single story but is located on the top floor. You will need to climb a flight of stairs to gain access. If you’re traveling with a larger group, please note that we have a neighboring apartment listed as well, making it easy to stay nearby.

Thoughtful amenities are provided throughout to ensure your stay is both comfortable and stress-free. Free wifi, home laundry, premium linens, and towels are all included with your booking. Free parking provides you with the convenience of hopping straight into your car to head out for the day.

No Pets are allowed and service animals should be disclosed during booking. Security camera on exterior stairs landing.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY: for outdoor decks, area around the property and inside the property etc. herein referred to as Feature. It is the Guest's responsibility to learn about safety precautions concerning utilizing or being around Features. Guest understands that the area surrounding Feature is not fenced or secure, and there are risks that may be involved for anyone, in particular children who are not carefully supervised, person(s) intoxicated, on any kinds of drugs or medication, with health risks or if pregnant. Booking guests agrees to explain the risks of the presence and use of Feature to all guests at the property. Guest agrees to instruct all guests on premises to not access any off-limit, or unsafe sections of the property. Guest agrees to assume all responsibility to make all occupants aware of these risks and for the consequences of those risks and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents that may occur. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner or manager for injuries or claims.

HOLD HARMLESS: The Guest and all occupants shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the manager and property owner against any and all claims of personal injury, property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests also expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guests, and that Guests should purchase their own insurance if such coverage is desired.

We are quite chill and thrive to provide the best experience but we have to do this because of some extremely bad experiences and damages caused by guests to meet booking platform guidelines to disclose clearly.
