Our bright bungalow, completely refurnished, brand new HVAC with Covid-killing UV filter is a perfect monthly getaway! Close to everything and gets you beach-ready on arrival: 2 adult bikes, beach towels, 2 beach chairs & an umbrella!
Blocks to the center of town with shopping, restaurants, the marina, & historic sites!
Easy access to local trails, beach, Flagler Ave, and more fun in the sun!
(12 min bike, 5 min car)
Come home to your private space to relax & rest after a day of adventure!
The space
This 2 bedroom bungalow is bright and comfortable!

Guest access
You have access to everything described and photographed. Bedroom closets and the shed are reserved for owner storage and cleaning supplies but we provide extra linens, pillows, and towels in the underbed drawers and provide night stand and dressers for you to store your own items during your stay, if desired!
Other things to note
NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors)!
We provide a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels to get you started during your stay.
We welcome guests to use any basic condiments or pantry items as well as laundry supplies available left by ourselves or previous guests, but do not guarantee these items, as we know some guests are particular about what they use or need. Feel free to bring your own and/or leave any extra to save you the transport and share with future guests!
Any non-perishable items you have at the end of your stay may be left on the counter for donation to our local community. Perishables should be left in the fridge. Our staff will determine items that can be donated, gifted to our cleaning staff, or left for future guests. All are appreciated.
Since we offer self check in (contactless) our security team reviews camera footage to be sure all guests on site are accounted for on the reservation. Be sure to include all guests on the reservation. Let us know if there are extra guests that will be staying for less than the full number of nights and we'll be happy to help you adjust the pricing accordingly so you are charged correctly.

I'm originally from NY but I spend my time between our house in New Smyrna, NY and Costa Rica (ask me about the best vacation company in CR)! I speak English and Spanish fluently and I love to travel and meet new people. This is my personal home, so it is stocked with everything I think you might need or want since you have access to all of my belongings and spaces except our storage closets in the bedrooms.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We met our neighbors the day we first saw the house and they were so friendly and welcoming. It felt more homey than most places we looked at, and I like that there are people of all ages in the area and that everyone says hello to each other on the street! It's so easy to get to everything, without being in the center of it. You feel like you have privact and your own getaway but you're just 2 blocks from the center of town and a few min drive or bike to the beach!

It's a full house and yard with off street parking all to yourself - it's my own home so it's fully stocked with everything I can imagine you'd need!
