Located a few meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Na Jomtien on the outskirts of Pattaya. The villa has 4 (3 large + 1 small) bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private swimming pool, and provides quality, comfort and safety at a reasonable price.
The pool and garden are shielded from view. Located in a quiet street with no through traffic. Large balconies/terraces. Large living room and separate kitchen. Very high standard.
As a tenant of the villa, you also have access to and use of the facilities at the Palm Grove Resort which the villa is located at, including two communal swimming pools, 24-hour reception and sauna. Palm Grove also provides a private Beach Chair & Umbrella service on the beach just a few hundred meters from reception.

Being located on Sukhumvit Road, driving to and from Bangkok is very convenient and is only one hour and 30 minutes drive without having to drive through the city of Pattaya which is just a few minutes away.
There is a grocery store (Seven Eleven) and restaurants 3 - 4 minutes' walk from the villa. 15 minutes by bus or car into Pattaya. Water Park, Botanic Garden and large golf course (Phoenix) only a few minutes drive from the villa.
Water and electricity are added after reading consumption. This is paid directly to the Palm Grove Resort reception upon departure.
