Detta mysiga en nivå ett sovrum bostadsrätt är lättillgängligt från baksidan ingången till Alpine Lodge byggnaden. Ange lägenhet till en kort entréhall med kök på höger sida. Detta komplett kök erbjuder en mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och spis med själv ren ugnen. Resa utanför köket till den öppna koncept matsal och vardagsrum. Matsalen erbjuder ett stort bord för måltider och spel med sittplatser för sex. I vardagsrummet finns en rymlig wrap-around soffa (med bäddsoffa avsnitt), platt-TV med DVD / VHS och luftkonditionering. Utanför vardagsrummet finns tillgång till den lilla främre däck, perfekt för att sitta ute på en sommarkväll med din favoritbok. Ligger till vänster utanför entréhallen är badrum och sovrum. Det stora sovrummet har en drottning säng, TV och luftkonditionering.

Alpine Village Resort ligger nära centrum North Woodstock. North Woodstock erbjuder stora restauranger möjligheter inklusive lokala favoriter som Woodstock Station & Brewery, Truant s Tavern och Cascade Coffee House. Cozy Grandma's Cottage Feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cozy little apartment. The decor has strong grandma's cottage vibes (duck knick knacks, wallpaper borders, sturdy wood furniture) but I was comfortable there. The neighbors were quiet and everything was clean when I arrived. My only quibble is that sometimes you can hear the machines in the laundromat under the unit (not too loud, but they do buzz the picture frames in the bedroom). The location had very easy walking access to restaurants and the small downtown of North Woodstock, and getting onto 93 for car access to lots of other towns and activities was a breeze.

Alpine Lodge a home away from home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I needed at least a five week rental home as I managed a four week music festival in Plymouth and the rental had to be dog friendly! Imagine my lack of optimism going into that search! But wow, I found the most perfect one bedroom condo at Alpine and the minute I walked into it, I felt happy, comfy, and so relieved that I had my own place for five weeks.

Reviewer Comments: As with previous rental reviews for this property, the smell of smoke in the hallway noticed by myself and all 3 of my children, makes it difficult to want to return and recommend a very nice and comfortable condo.

Nice unit in lovely Woodstock. Easy walk to the river, shops.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable and clean. Alas, no cross ventilation and right on the street. If you check in late, property management requires you to drive out again in the morning to sign forms you could have signed well in advance. Especially for repeat customers, this is an inconvenience.

AL118 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm afraid we were very disappointed in the unit given the price we were charged. The road noise was extremely loud, the air conditioning was not effective so you had to have the windows opened wide, the hallways were very hot and there was cigarette smell in them. We asked twice about a discount given the circumstances and both times were brushed off with "We'll ask Susan when she gets back".

Disagreeable odor in building

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself was fine, a little dated. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. Finding the unit itself was a bit of a challenge with a back entrance. The property was accessed from inside the building. In the hallway, there was a pervasive cigarette smoke odor.
