This 3 bedroom condo is fully furnished with 2 twins, 1 full, 1 king bed and will comfortably accommodate 6 guests. This condo offers a spacious living area with a couch, love seat, accent chair, smart TV with Roku, coffee table, and great views of the golf course from the private balcony right off the living area.

As of Fall 2023 this unit been completely repainted with warm and welcoming colors!

Guests will enter the condo right off the kitchen. The kitchen offers full size stainless steel appliances, fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, double sink, plentiful cabinet space and a sit-in bar area with 4 stools. We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options.

Once you walk through the front door you will find one of the guest bedrooms to your left. The bedroom is furnished with 2 twin sized beds, smart TV with Roku, two spacious closets, a night stand, and dresser. This space is perfect for 2 guests.

Past the kitchen to the left you will find the other guest bedroom. This bedroom is furnished with 1 full/queen bed, smart TV with Roku, a dresser, nightstand and closet. This space is perfect for 1-2 guests. The guest bathroom is accessible from this room, and from the dining area as well with a jack-and-jill style door system. The bathroom features a standing shower, vanity with cabinet space, sink, and a small cabinet above the toilet for extra storage. The door leading from this bathroom to the dining room space has a laundry area with a washer and dryer concealed by a folding door.

The dining area is located between the kitchen and living space. The table will comfortably seat 6-7 guests. Guests will love the additional bar seat directly behind the table.

Making your way into the living room, guests will have another great view of the golf course from the private balcony off the living space. The living room features a sofa, love seat, and accent chair, smart TV with Roku, coffee table, and two side tables.

Just off the living area guest will find the master bedroom. This bedroom features a king sized bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, smart TV with Roku, large window providing natural light and more views of the golf course. Guest will also have private access to the master ensuite. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity with cabinet space, sink, and a small cabinet above the toilet for extra storage

Guests will have access to basic resort wifi, as well as free parking. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

This vacation rental is centrally located and just a short drive to many of the popular destinations located within Myrtle Beach. These destinations include, Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, shopping and just 2 miles from the beach.
