We want your stay to be worry-free, which is why we provide comprehensive Damage Protection through Guesty Shield. Relax and make the most of your time here, knowing that any unforeseen accidents or damages are covered.

Please note that as part of our commitment to your comfort and security, all reservations include a $60.00 damage protection insurance fee per booking. *Bookings over 30 days require additional coverage per 30-day period.

This fee has been automatically applied to your reservation and is non-refundable, serving as an alternative to a traditional security deposit.

Primary Guests are required to fill out a check in form and sign a rental agreement following booking confirmation.

The city fines guests $1,000 for noise disturbances. Any noise violations incurred during your stay, are your responsibility and are not covered under the damage protection.

Long-term rentals for 60+ consecutive nights or longer are eligible for a rate discount. Additional discounts offered for paying in full.
