About this space
A perfect getaway, this super cute cottage will make you feel like you never want to leave. A private wooded setting that is conveniently located a short distance to everything. The newly remodeled cozy A-Frame is as charming as they come. Enjoy this serene setting, while you escape into the enchanted forests of the North Carolina foothills! Please read all the descriptions so you have an understanding of our beautiful cottage!
The space
The cottage has been recently remodeled and we think you will find it very cozy and comfortable. Each room has been carefully designed and updated. The loft upstairs is a great place for kids or couples staying together. The steps are a little steep going up to the loft so keep that in consideration for any guests that may be staying. It is a large hang out space. Every inch of this house has been thoughtfully and lovingly revived.

You will be given your unique access code, and have full access of all the property and cottage
Other things to note
There is a small section of road, may be an eighth of a mile, right before turning into the cottage destination, that is a little bit rough. You do not need four-wheel-drive but we wanted to give our guests that heads up.

Awesome Little Cottage

Our stay at the Cedar Cottage was a great experience! We stayed there during my daughters soccer tournament In Hickory. We enjoyed the seclusion and the peace and quiet of the location. Everything about the home seemed very clean or new.

Long Weekend in a Cozy Cabin

This delightful A-frame nestled in the Appalachian foothills of NC is a terrific place to pass a long autumn weekend with friends! The cabin was spotless, tastefully decorated, and most comfortable (plus plenty of hot water!) Whether enjoying dinner on the deck, a late night movie on the big screen tv, or another cup of coffee at brunch in the kitchen dining nook, everyone considered this long weekend getaway in the fresh forested air a real find for rest & relaxation.

Very cozy cottage

I really enjoyed our stay here. It is a nice cozy cottage, ideal for relaxing and exploring the surrounding neighborhoods. Our host was very nice and helped us with whatever we asked.
