I rented the apartment for three months and encountered issues that impacted my stay. Upon arrival, the sink cabinet door was unhinged, a third of the light bulbs were non-functional, and the mailbox key was missing. A maintenance worker entered my apartment unannounced on two occasionsâonce to fix the cabinet and once to deliver the keyâboth times while I was not there, raising serious security concerns as I had personal belongings, including cash, present. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept on the floor, and the elevators were non-operational for most of my stay, causing significant inconvenience. To improve, I recommend thorough pre-arrival inspections, clear prior notification for maintenance visits, and prompt repairs for critical issues like elevator outages.
