- Boat slip docking is first come, first served basis, and proof of boat registration & insurance must be submitted. The complex will charge $105 for up to seven day pass.
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove-top, fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposable, microwave
-Linens come furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
-Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, paper towels, and trash bags.

-NO smoking in condo, on the balcony, or in the hallways allowed.
-Must be at least 25 years old to book
