Reviewer Comments: lovely location right on the beach! beautiful beach & ocean views from the balcony and from inside the condo! it's not directly over the pool, which i prefer! the condo is nicely furnished. decent beds (i'm personally not a fan of the bamboo or polyester feeling sheets. there is not a cotton option available.) the master bathroom is updated, kitchen was well stocked. no beach towels are provided, like other establishments where i have stayed. maybe sometging to consider for travelers flying with only a carry on.thankfully there is still an alvin's island & surf shop within walking distance (but demolition of those stores looks possible in the near future). it would be nice if the fans were updated where they could run with the lights off. despite the minor issues listed, i would stay in unit 312 again!

Wonderful stay!!

We have stayed along 30A, and in PCB, multiple times, but I loved the Okaloosa Ft Walton area more! The condo was wonderful, exactly as shown in the pictures. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 3 kids. CLEAN, and well stocked with all the things needed if you wanted to cook. We did have a problem with the AC not working when we arrived,and one call to Brooks and Shorey and they handled it very promptly, and professionally. Had a AC tech come and it was fixed in no time! Pools and area clean. Several really good restaurants within walking distance. Quick drive to the Boardwalk, more places to eat and some shops, and an easy short drive into Destin to eat at our favs, McGuires and The Back Porch! We WILL be back!

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location

Great condo with all the basic furnishings, beautiful views, adequate parking, and great location. Pools are very small, but the beach is amazing! The room lacked some basic kitchen essentials that are often times found in other condos, especially cooking utensils, dish soap, kitchen rags and towels. The condo is set up a lot like Azure (next door), but a bit older.

Wouldn't Stay Elsewhere

There are also BBQ grills available to use. Beds were comfortable. Located right on the beach with a balcony facing the ocean. Beach chair service was great as well. Contactless check in and out was super quick and easy. Restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay and will definitely be doing this again. Would recommend to anyone.

Great spot

Condo was exactly as shown/described. Enjoyed the covered parking spot and close proximity to US 98. We walked twice across the bridge to a couple of restaurants in Ft Walton and was right across the street from Stewby's Seafood. Appreciated the call from the property owners that the condo was available early so we didn't have to kill too much time at the grocery store, etc waiting. Great beaches for walking and a heated pool helped with the cool evenings. Loved the beach service chairs.

The Perfect Location on Okaloosa Island

Unit 312 was clean and nicely furnished, although it would be enhanced considerably with a little TLC. A larger, wall-mounted flat screen now occupies the living room, rather than what is shown in the photo, which was a nice surprise. The unit could use a few more pans and a baking sheet. Also suggest adding a wall-mounted power strip in the bunk room so kids can more easily hookup a video game system.

A few things I noticed were electric plugs on counter (by sink) didn’t work, need to upgrade skillets, trash in master bathroom wasn’t emptied, ice maker in fridge not working and rug in bunk room wasn’t vacuumed. The boardwalks to beach definitely need a ramp to accommodate wagons or buggy’s for carrying things to the beach!! Also for elderly and handicapped people.

There was plenty of information. All amenities were top notch. The Alexa was a nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again! I would recommend removing the old exhaust fan in the main bathroom, since the new one is in and working. The vending machine was not working at all and took a few dollars from us, and I did not see any movie rental on site as mentioned. We went to Redbox nearby instead. Some of the many remotes in the living room were not functioning. The storage box by the parking spot in the garage was inaccessible, I am not sure if this was supposed to be. I would also recommend updating the stereo to something blue tooth enabled or with usb connectivity. However these were very minor inconveniences and I am thankful for what was supplied. The living room furniture, while tasteful, was a bit worn. This was a great value and the plus far exceeded the minus.

Only problems we noticed are that the water tools awhile to heat up sometimes, the balcony sliding door was hard to open and close, and the headboards on the full beds weren’t screwed on all the way.
