Great family home

My family of four stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days. It was clean and spacious with a beautiful clean sparkling pool. Our family loved the game room! My boys each had their own room and we all loved the open space! We will be coming back next year and the yea after..this home is now a new tradition for our family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great location!

Ay first we had trouble going in to the property, but gladly the owner was very helpful and helped us with the issues. But other than that the house is very clean and cozy, the kids loved the pool! It’s an a very good neighborhood and well located! We will definitely rent again this house.

Great Rental for the River!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. It is a great location to grocery stores, etc. & about 20 minutes to Laughlin. The house was clean and came with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the fact that the air conditioner was turned on a few hours before we arrived as it was very hot. This was a plus! Communication with the owner was great. We'd definitely stay again!

A perfect working vacations

it wo6uld be easier telling you about the minor issues we had like the propane tank on the grill was tightened so much so it took pliers to open the valve and being dog owners the small dogs in the yard behind the house

Great stay in Fort Mojave

We normally stay across the river, but decided to rent a house for this vacation. House was much better and we enjoyed our stay. Pool was great, used it every day! Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice home and was exactly as described and looked in photos.

Perfect home to rent that was in a great location. Has everything you need and was sparkling clean! Owner communicates with quickly and has the home set up for you to enjoy your stay.

Desert Oasis

This was a perfect property for the entire family to relax. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy family time, the pool was excellent. The only down side was the sensor alarm for the doors started going off two days before check out and they were never able to be turned off, this became annoying.

Dad’s 80th Birthday

Cowboy Bobs house was perfect. Spacious and clean. When we left Alaska it was 48 degrees. Arrived there and it was 100 +. The air conditioning and swimming pool was a savior. If I were to make a recommendation it would be to get larger cooking pots other than stainless. Especially to cook tomato based meals (spaghetti sauce). That’s a minor issue. The house was perfect. We have family memories from there which we will not forget.

What a great time

We had an absolute great time, would definitely stay there again. We got to stay with family from out of state. Wasn't to far from the lake and made it relaxing for us when we got off the lake. The house was very clean and we didn't have any problems with anything. Sharon was really quick to respond to questions I had. She is a awesome host. I couldn't recommend a better place

GREAT Property

We were very please with our stay at this home. My children had a pool to keep them cool in the mid-summer heat and that was wonderful.. The house stayed cool in the heat also. We will most definitely rent this house again.

Family vacation!!

Beautiful house perfect backyard with a pool and bbq area!!! Kids loved the house so definitely kid friendly!! Perfect location not too far for gambling and fun for The adults!!!

Great for families or an adult stay.

Plenty of room for my family and mother in law. Visiting for a softball tournament. Wanted more than a 2 rooms in Laughlin. Kids were able to streach out in the living room or beds rooms. Didnt have time to enjoy the pool. Maybe next time.

Welcome home...

Super easy to access. Close to stores. Quiet. I have recommended this property to friends who visit every year. We came to town to visit with friends and to get a couple days off. A pool was my first priority. Dog friendly second. It was nice to have covered parking as it’s pretty hot out here.

Clean and comfortable

The house was clean and comfortable and super close to the stores! We enjoyed our stay, put a shade structure up in the backyard to cover the pool and were able to enjoy it on a 116° day!

Located in Fort Mohave, Bob's Place has been our vacation destination. Our family has enjoyed visits to the historic gold mining town of Oatman, and the 1860's mining town of Chloride. Lake Mohave offers boating and fishing and is contained within Lake Mead Nat'l Recreation Area.
There is easy access to both Lake Mead and the Colorado River recreation areas.
Within reach are Death Valley, Joshua Tree, Grapevine Canyon and the Grand Canyon.
Additionally, Lake Havasu's London Bridge and English Village are nearby.
It's close to Laughlin Casino's and the Avi Casino Resort. And an easy 90 minute drive to Las Vegas with sights along the way including Hoover Dam.
