This very spacious, mid-century modern house has been in our family for more than 60 years. Restoration and improvements have made the house a lovely and comfortable place to be for short or long-term stays. The property is located in a small-farm community, on a very quiet street that lies next to Whipple Creek forest area. Depending on the season, deer, coyotes and many bird species are commonly seen and/or heard. A peaceful place with lots of fresh air! The house uses deep-well water and has a septic system.

The main floor of this three-story home is available for guests. More than 1,500 feet, it includes the primary and bunk-bed bedrooms, full kitchen, bathroom with both tub and separate shower, dining room and living room. There is a lovely patio accessed through glass-sliding doors in the dining room. The front door and patio each have 2-step stairs, making them very easy for all ages to access. Access to the washer and dryer are available for a fee, located in the utility room of our daylight basement. The house uses deep-well water and is on septic. The upstairs floor is not part of this specific listing.

Cabinets are a mix of old and new. 6) We love our vintage furniture, and keep it clean and well-maintained, but understand others may not. If modern-day furniture and fixtures, city water and other modern amenities is your preference, please choose a different listing. 7) Guests have independent use of the main floor in the house and lawn areas. 8) Hosts maintain yard and lawn areas; owners tend to yard maintenance on a weekly basis and will let guests know ahead of their arrival. 9) Pictures of this listing are taken with an iPhone.
