Enjoy direct, forever ocean front views across Maalaea Bay, all the way to the outer islands, and experience a total seaside immersion just steps from the pristine Pacific in this well-maintained and newly renovated shore-front condo, which accommodates up to six guests comfortably. It fronts the longest walking beach on Maui, with protected warm-water swimming and snorkeling: enjoy a full-on beach day or explore a 5-mile beach hike featuring a bird sanctuary, deserted shoreline, and your own private ocean adventure.

Sleep to the sound of the lapping surf, watch whales breaching (in season, Dec-March) from your lanai or the beach below or catch a ride on a whale watching boat a few hundred yards from the property. Stroll the boat docks at picturesque Maalaea Harbor, with an array of shops and restaurants, a few blocks away.

This spacious (1100 sf) condo has been completely updated with all new furnishings and art, granite counters, and new resort-level mattresses. The in-wall AC in the living room and concrete construction keep things cool. Full-sized appliances and all the right cooking and serving ware accommodate your own private island feast, and the sunsets are absolutely spectacular.

The primary bedroom features a new king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a new king size bed. The living room features a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress. The kitchen features a spacious layout, custom counter tops and a flat top stop for cooking your favorite meals with your family.

A heated, fresh-water ocean front pool awaits below, along with gas grills. The location cannot be beat: it is located a few minutes from everything that more crowded Kihei has to offer, and convenient to Lahaina and the airport. Everything has been lovingly and thoughtfully upgraded by its owners. Free and convenient parking.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Loved Our 314

Conveniently located to beach, pool, great restaurants, all within walking distance. Centrally located for easy driving to many sites on the island. Beautifully decorated and comfy beds - we had a great time!!

Would definitely book this place again

Easy check in and check out; Great instructions and communication. Nice clean space with plenty of room for belongings during a longer stay. Wonderful view. Really enjoyed being able to walk over to the beach. Would definitely book this place again.

Peaceful and quiet

Peaceful and quiet, away from the busy tourist areas. Within 20 minutes of airport, Walmart, target, and Costco. Beach is clean, beautiful and secluded. They had beach chairs and a cooler for use. Sunrise and sunset on the beach and the balcony was beautiful.

Great ocean view!

Great ocean view & quiet retreat. Right next to the bay with a little shopping center/ restaurants near by. The beach is relaxing and within a couple minutes from the location. The location is perfectly isolated and within in a few minutes from more congested parts of the Island. We had a great time! Mahalo!

Hard to beat this location

Hard to beat this location - harbor is just around the corner, some great places to eat, Aquarium, and beaches within a 5 minute walk. Condo has a nice courtyard and pool, easy parking. Was outfitted with all the kitchen items needed, also had some beach chairs, coolers, etc. Bed is super comfortable too.

Amazing Place!

Wow! What an amazing month we had at this property. The grounds were super well maintained and the kids had a blast at the pool almost every day. Super short walk down to a very nice beach that had plenty of room to spread out without being on top of other families. Walkable to the aquarium which has a bunch of really neat shops and some restaurants. Our fav was point break pizza, so definitely check them out! Plenty of beach chairs and two sizes of coolers as well as some beach mats and umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed Maui and this property and we hope to come back again soon!

Bathroom could be cleaner, especially the shower. Also, would be nice to have a box of tissues in the bathroom and more wash clothes. The view was wonderful from the balcony!! and the beds were very comfortable. Appreciated having air conditioning, too!

Home away from home

We loved our stay here - it was very homey. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The beach chairs and coolers were especially useful for day trips and beach days. Having fans in each room meant we didn't need to use the AC. Had a perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The premises were very well kept; quiet times were enforced so there was no late night issues or noise. The location was very central to the island as a whole. We had a car, so it meant we could easily get to all parts of the island when exploring. The public beach beside the property was amazing. I think it is underrated, we saw lots of fish and turtles while snorkeling. We would absolutely stay here if we go back to Maui!

Maalea condo

Beautiful property! The maintenance staff was constantly grooming the grounds. This suite was newly painted white which made it feel very clean & fresh. The only advice would be about the bathroom showers, the grout could have been redone to make it feel as clean as the rest of the suite. However even with this being said the bathrooms are very clean. The beds all had white dressings & were very clean & comfortable. Paintings/decor suited the sweet very well & felt very Hawaiian/summer. The refrigerator & ice maker also worked well. The kitchen was fully stocked which was great for us because we cooked everyday. Overall the condo was very spacious. It was very easy to park our vehicle & we had options to bring things up through stairs or elevators. There are various fruit trees growing on the property which was very cool. Banana trees, mango tree, passion fruit tree & even a Pomelo tree! There were few small ants around edge of living room when we got there. But there was bait in the closet & we put it out & by next day they were all gone, it didn't seem anything out of the ordinary for Hawaii though. There were no other bugs in the unit & again it felt very clean. This condo is on the south side of Maui & is extremely windy, so at night it was cool w/just the fans, we did not need to use the air conditioner. We had to drive to grocery stores, we enjoyed it being quiet here. The beach out front to the left was very beautiful, we saw many sea turtles. We would stay again
