Welcome to the Stay at Steuben! This fully remodeled and updated duplex boasts a new hot tub, 5 beds, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and all the necessities for a comfortable stay! When you stay here you are right in the heart of Northwest Arkansas with easy access to I49, shopping, restaurants, and the University of Arkansas. Get almost anywhere in NWA in less than 25 minutes. Fayetteville is 8 minutes away.
The Space:
Welcome to our charming and private retreat located on a dead end street in Springdale, Arkansas. Enjoy an open concept kitchen and living area in a completely remodeled house with new appliances, new furniture, and ample seating for all guests. In the three bedrooms you will find a king bed in the master, a queen size bed in one guest room and a set of bunk beds in a another guest room. The master bedroom has an attached bath with dual vanity and sinks. The outdoor space is cozy and perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.
As you enter this inviting home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. The fully equipped kitchen is complete with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for a memorable family meal.
With three comfortable bedrooms, and five beds, this home can accommodate up to 6 guests (up to an additional 2 guests for a $25/person fee). Each bedroom features plush beds, soft linens, and plenty of storage space, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bathrooms are well-appointed and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Step outside onto the patio and immerse yourself in the serene backyard oasis. Relax in the comfortable seating area, turn on the gas fire pit for a delightful and relaxing time. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in a dead end street, our place is just a short drive away from local attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and parks.
