New England Beach gemenskapen! Detta är ett hus som totalrenoverades 2013 med nya lönn lövträd i vardagsrummet, hallen och sovrummet. Skiffer kakel i köket med nya skåp, listen, under skåp belysning och ett kaklat tillbaka plask med dekorativ kant. Badrummet har också skiffer golv med ett badkar som har dekorativa kakel kant och piedestal sjunka. Färska måla överallt. Detta är den trevligaste 2 sovrum i Seabrook Beach så boka tidigt.

Det sover 5 med 2 sovrum och ett badrum. Detta hus är perfekt för en strand vecka semester. Har platt-TV i vardagsrummet. Dubbelsäng i ett sovrum, har det andra sovrummet våningssängar (full storlek madrass på botten med dubbla ovanpå). Utanför dusch finns och är en kort promenad till vackra Seabrook Beach.

Vi föredrar att göra veckovis uthyrning, men är villiga att hyra vardag / helgnätter sista minuten. Vi kräver en 2 natt helg och tre natten vardag minimum, men är beredda att sänka priserna om du ska bo flera nätter. Lägg märke till att de långa helgen / nattliga alternativ är endast sista minuten (så om enheten inte har hyrt av veckan innan). Vi är också flexibla på checka in / ut tider på långa helger om ingen har hyrt veckor före / efter din. Nightly har strikt kontroll in / ut tider.

Perfect little place!

This is our 4th year renting from Leeanne- great as always! Clean, updated with great immenities. Close walk to beach, restaurants, and Hampton. Quiet and clean neighborhood with beautiful beaches. We can't wait to be back!

Summer Vacation

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Booking was easy, the reviews are absolutely spot on and the rental was exactly as shown! Wanted to join family on a summer vacation getaway and was thrilled that this was available in the same area as my family/friends were vacationing! Super close to the beach and everything available. Fall in Seabrook, NH - 2 months stay

Beautiful Sunrises over the ocean and Sunsets over the harbor. Each just a block away. Ideal location for visiting with grandkids and enjoying beach time with family visits! Weather was terrific! Great time!

Great Stay

The apartment was great. Spacious and in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Leeanne and Charlie were wonderful and very helpful with tips about where to eat and places to visit. The view from the porch toward the harbor presented amazing sunsets. Just a short walk to the ocean at the end of the street for sunrises and to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the waves. Everything was perfect!

Delightful

Great house and location...beach was perfect, not too crowded, and neighborhood was really nice and quiet. House is a short walk from the beach, has everything you need (including A/C and TVs in the bedrooms) and the trampoline was a real hit with the kids in our group!

Everything as you expect

Stayed for a month for work. Apartment is a clean comfortable 2 bedroom with easy access to beaches. Plenty of room for a family for a week long get away. Everything in working order, good parking and pleasant host. Would recommend.

Perfect Place at the Beach

This was our second time staying at this property and we have loved it both times. It accommodated us perfectly as a family of 3 the first time and then again this time as a family of 4. Leeanne provides everything you could need in the unit and is available if need be. We couldn't recommend this property more you won't regret it!

Fun in Seabrook

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seabrook at Leighanne’s house. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The AC was on high which was a fantastic way to unpack. We are a family of 6 and had no trouble being comfortable. The kids enjoyed the outdoor shower which made our life so much easier. We visit Seabrook every year and this year was just as amazing as the rest!

Great Rental!

Our family rented this property the first week of August 2017. The house was spacious, quiet and clean. The property is located near Seabrook Beach and Seabrook Harbor. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes from the house. There are many restaurants close by and plenty of places are close enough to walk to! The house has window unit air conditioners in both bedrooms and the kitchen! Sitting on the porch in the evening is a nice way to relax at the end of a busy day. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Very clean and quiet!

I am originally from this area so I knew I did not want to stay at any of the hotels on the beach. This was a last minute trip and we lucked out finding this place! It was a great location. A short walk to seabrook beach and a short drive over the bridge onto hampton beach. The unit was very clean and the owner had the AC on already for us. That was refreshing. Everything you need for cooking as well as toiletries were provided. There was some beach accessories available for us to use as well. The outdoor shower was a great perk so we could rinse kids and shoes. Highly recommend this unit!

Excellent Summer Rental

We rented this property for the first time this August (2017). I have stayed at dozens of rental properties in Seabrook, but this one is easily one of my favorites. The unit was clean, well appointed and perfect for my needs. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals, an air conditioner that cooled the kitchen and living room and a Weber gas grill outside for your personal use. The beds were very comfortable. Both bedrooms have TV's, air conditioners and good size closets. The living room had two very comfortable couches and a large TV. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening and going for walks on the beach. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in a relaxing vacation in Seabrook. I will be back!!

Sisters and family early summer getaway

We started writing a review in our heads the moment we walked into Leeanne‘s place. We noticed right away how clean (spotless!), bright and up-to-date it was. Stocked with everything - even extra toiletries if we needed. Comfy and Beautifully appointed. Large closets, lots of hooks and hangers. Easy to use passcode for going in and out. The owner, Leeanne, is wonderful - very responsive, and great communicator. She has grown up in the area, knows the restaurants and great places to go. The best part, it’s a short walk to beautiful Seabrook beach, which is our fav beach on the NE Coast, clean, beautiful sand, private and almost never crowded. Although it’s only two bedrooms, it’s roomy and the pull-out couch made it perfect for our sisters weekend. We will be back again for sure!

Great spot close to beach

We had a lovely stay at Leanne’s home. It was very clean and well kept, and Leanne was very kind and helpful. The best part was it’s amazing proximity to the beach - just a short walk to a really beautiful and quiet beach. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 3 kids and they didn’t want to leave!

Great Property!

We have stayed at multiple properties on Seabrook and this was by far the best. Very, very clean. Updated. Kitchen was well stocked. So nice to have A/C and TV's in each room. The porch was wonderful to sit on at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Seabrook Rental

Had a great week in Seabrook at this rental. The property was clean, up-to-date, and very comfortable. The AC units quickly cooled the apartment on hot days. Would definitely stay there again.

Cute everything!

Leeanne is the nicest! And her newly renovated apartment is the perfect cozy size for myself and inviting guests. Chic minimal design, and it feels bigger than it is because of the floor plan. It’s very open. The neighborhood is adorable and safe too. It’s quiet and the neighbors seem nice. It’s a pretty relaxed setting :) It’s also really close to the beach. Kindaaa love it. For sure will stay again.
