Executive Summer Home - minuter från stranden! En härlig semesterupplevelse

Välkommen till ett verkställande sommarhem i hjärtat av den vackra North Shore, Prince Edward Island (PEI). Beläget i eftertraktade Stanhope, några minuter från PEI National Park, en kort promenad från stranden och den pittoreska Covehead Harbour, och ligger inbäddat bredvid några av de mest avundsvärda stränderna i Kanada. Stanhope Summer Home är perfekt för din familjesemester, golfdestination, romantisk tillflyktsort eller till och med några vänner som vill spendera tid tillsammans och koppla av.

Detta är bara en fyra år gammal fastighet med nya apparater, inventarier och inredning som skapar en bekväm och välkomnande atmosfär!

Stanhope har många naturstigar och vandringsleder att utforska. För de som söker mer aktiva sporter är Stanhope utmärkt för kajakpaddling, paddling, ridning och cykling. Golf är alltid ett annat alternativ eftersom det finns en förstklassig golfbana i Stanhope, perfekt för ett eftermiddagsspel.

Efter en lång dag på stranden eller på en av de berömda golfbanorna, luta dig tillbaka och koppla av på ett av två däck - ett som får full sol hela eftermiddagen och kvällen. Förbered sedan en grill eller måltid i det fullt utrustade köket för att njuta av i matplatsen eller uteplatsen utomhus. Besök det historiska Dalvay-By-The-havet, bara några minuter bort för att äta middag och äta en kväll. Massor av restauranger, pubar, teater etc. ligger i Charlottetown - bara 20 minuter bort.

En promenad längs Stanhope Bay-banan erbjuder fantastiska solnedgångar som är värda foton och fågelskådning. Kvällstrandvandringar är lika spektakulära. Eller helt enkelt koppla av vid spisen i vardagsrummet för att varva ner. Stanhope Summer Home kommer att erbjuda en verkställande vistelse i den vackra havssamhället i Stanhope.

Wonderful place to enjoy your PEI vacation

We just returned from a wonderful trip to PEI. The home was a wonderful place to enjoy all the amazing sites and experience that PEI has to offer. The homeowners were excellent, responsive, and obviously take pride in providing a wonderful experience for their guests. We would definitely return to this lovely, clean home, in a great location! Visit Stanhope, PEI, you won't be disappointed-

One of the best houses we have rented

This house is exceptional in all aspects. The house is well appointed, comfortable and ideally located. Johanna and Josh are perfect hosts, quick to respond to enquiries and helpful with any questions/needs. We would highly recommend this house for your next stay in PEI. We enjoyed every moment and as two couples travelling together, we found the house spacious and very comfortable. Thank you Johanna and Josh for being such wonderful hosts.

A wonderful stay!

We just got back from a lovely stay at Stanhope summer home. It’s in a great location - 5min drive to beaches and a beautiful sunset, a golf course and Richard’s seafood (yum! A must try!) You’re also central to explore the island. The house is beautiful and has everything you would need - a well stocked kitchen, everything you need to enjoy the beach, and comfy beds. It is clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts are available to answer any questions and even left a bottle of PEI wine for us to enjoy. We can’t wait to come back!

I was absolutely blown away!

I'm from PEI and come here every year for vacation. It's busy with family and visiting etc so it never really felt like a vacation. This was the first place that made me feel like I was on vacation. The small touches were amazing, I'm not going to ruin the surprise but will give you a taste, there was fresh lavender by the bed! Anyway, I would love to give this one star so I could keep as my little secret but that wouldn't be nice. This was the best place I've stayed yet on the Island and we will be back next summer. If you get a chance to rent this place, DO IT! But wait until I book first ;)

Fabulous Home With Everything You'd Ever Need!

This home exceeded our expectations on every level. It is well equipped, with everything you'd ever need and very well organized. The natural light that floods in is wonderful, so that even on the rainy days it felt bright and airy. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were soft and the towels were fluffy. The check in process was smooth and Johanna responded quickly to any questions we had, which were very few because she has binder of recommendations on hand which provided us with so much amazing information. We really didn't need to plan a single thing in advance; we used her suggestions and planned on the go. The assortment of beach gear (chairs, mats, sand toys, boogie board ...etc.) and the required Park Pass) were huge assets! We loved the proximity to Charlottetown as we saw three shows that were playing and enjoyed many of the restaurants on Main Street (Piatto's Pizza, Merchant Man) and we enjoyed hanging out at both Stanhope & Brackley beaches. The highly popular Richard's Seafood restau is just two minutes by car. Another highlight is an afternoon spent having lunch and strolling through the galleries and gorgeous gardens at the Dunes Cafe, which is also just a ten minute drive. Dalvay By the Sea is also less than 10 minutes by car. There are also fabulous, flat bike paths within a couple of kilometres from the home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place and if/when we return to P.E.I we would love to rent this home again!

Beautiful home and most caring owners!!

Josh and Johanna – what an amazing two weeks! Warmest summer ever in PEI and only one day of rain! We cycled 367km throughout the province. Knowing that at the end of the day we’d be coming back to the comfort of your home and beautiful beaches was the best motivation! Fantastic stay on PEI!

This was our first time to PEI with our family and we are so glad we found this summer home to rent! The location was great and Johanna has thought of everything you might need in the house. It was so comfortable and beautifully decorated I didn't want to leave! Being Danish I appreciated their sense of "hygge"! The place was imacculately clean and well kept. Even though the owners were on vacation themselves they still got back to me quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this fantastic home to anyone looking for a lovely stay on PEI.

Visit to Stanhope area

Tracey, Val and the three Cathi/Kathy/Cathie's had a beautiful time at your abode and on PEI. We would highly recommend the property and touring PEI, tho' we would advise people to get there earlier in September. Not for the weather, which was overall lovely, but for the attractions and musical talent, which were mostly closed or hard to find. Despite, we managed to entertain ourselves very well, visited beaches and points of interest, east, west, south, shopped locally and combined cooking at home, picnics and enjoying the fare of local restaurants. Owners Josh and Johanna and family made themselves available for any queries. We were impressed with the design and execution of their home, very nice job! We visited Abegweit First Nation where we did a beading workshop, and wished there was more presence of first peoples on PEI. We will be back, thanks for everything.

Great Vacation Home - Great Location

We've stayed in the Stanhope area many times and this is the nicest place yet. The beds are comfortable and so is the seating in the living area. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed for meal preparation. The owners are very nice and were attentive to our needs during our stay. Location is ideal for access to Prince Edward Island National Park beaches and the bike path along Gulf Shore. The home is a scenic 20 minute drive to Charlottetown airport, restaurants, shops and grocery stores. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful home and property

We had the opportunity to stay in this Stanhope home earlier this month. It is located in a pleasant neighborhood on gravel roads. The landscaping of the home is beautiful with lovely flowerbeds and three places to sit outside -- in front of the home, on the deck behind the dining room and at the table and chairs on a brick patio. There is also a neighborhood fox which we saw frequently. The inside of the home is tastefully decorated and very clean. What most impressed us about the home was how organized it is. The cupboard is well-stocked for basic cooking. The dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans are all new or nearly new. There is even a drawer filled with office supplies in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are in the basement and worked quite well. Overall, we could not have been happier. Johanna also answered our texts promptly and when the DVD player did not work, she supplied a new one. Thank you, Johanna! We wanted to watch the Anne of Green Gables movie.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for sharing with us your beautiful and relaxing house. We loved all the touches - the flowers in the living room, the lavender in the bedroom, and flowers all around the house. We had a wonderful sunny and warm week and I fell in love with PEI – so much that we would be crazy enough to come live here when we retire! It was nice to see you when you showed me the secret path to the beach. We had a wonderful time and loved the island so much.

Stanhope Summer Home

This is a beautiful house, has a classy feel to it and is very comfortable. It comes fully equipped and tastefully decorated. I spent several evenings sitting on the deck (there's a patio as well), drinking wine and watching the stars. That's what you want from a summer place. The area is quiet but conveniently located near the National Park and the Gulf. I recommend it.

WOW...couldn't have picked a better place.

We enjoyed a great holiday in your Stanhope Summer Home in September for 2 weeks. It was bright, spotless, loved the King size bed and the kitchen couldn't have been stocked any better. We would recommend your place to anyone interested. Thank you for your suggestions on where to eat, activities to do while we were there.

Comfort and luxury all in one spectacular home!

“What an incredible week we have had at your Stanhope Summer Home. We were so touched with your personal greeting card – noting the year of our anniversary- and accompanied by a nice bottle of wine, and then taking the time to show us the “secret path” used by locals to get to the beach. We saw many sunrises there as well as sunsets on the bay side – beautiful! Your tasteful and welcoming home was perfect for us in so many ways! Your kitchen has everything we needed to create delicious meals including (but not limited to) fresh garlic and herbs, tools to cut crusty bread from Breadworks, a tea set with diffuser for loose leaf tea, and all the implements for creating lovely date night dinners in your charming dining areas – handmade pottery, luxury stemware and flatware, etc. When we were not out touring and biking on the many nearby bike trails (especially enjoyed the Confederation trail), we really enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on your deck or in front of the propane fireplace or watching a movie in the den or sleeping in the comfy king bed. Your home has been a delight to us and made for an unforgettable vacation!”

Beautifully Decorated Home and Cozy Stay

This is such a beautiful home in a peaceful setting! We really enjoyed staying here and enjoyed our daily trips to the beach and walking the cove trail. We drove to the beach because we had small children but it was just a 3-5 minute drive to a beautiful sandy beach. Stanhope offers a relaxing and peaceful environment. We didn’t expect the home to be so well stocked. The owners have done a wonderful job anticipating guests needs and providing a very welcoming and comfortable stay. We enjoyed staying at this beautifully decorated home. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend!

Wonderful home close to ocean and Charlottetown

What a piece of paradise you have here! We enjoyed daily walks on the beach or bayside (and on the cold days would warm up in front of the fireplace after the walk). Love all the little touches that make your home feel so welcoming. The garden, fresh lilacs in the vase, interesting books, soothing color palette accents, etc. Also enjoyed your restaurant recommendations. We look forward to coming back!

Beautiful house, best spot on PEI

Thank you again for opening your home to us for the second time in two years. The house is beautiful and your hospitality is so warm. Thank you for all the added touches like the garden, the wine, and the park pass. All appreciated. This year we went to Ross Lane beach 3 times, and as always we shopped at Richard's, and Josh's new store. We revisited our favourite Water Prince and thanks to Josh's recommendation, enjoyed a dinner and a lunch at Blue Mussel at North Rustico, a place we really like. We met friends at New Glasgow for the traditional lobster supper. Thank you for recommending Pure Spa. All tolled - a great week as always on PEI! Thank you so much. Carol and Laurie

Exceptional experience

It was great to be back on the Island. Your home is fabulous and we will praise it to all our friends and family. We had the best weather this week. It doesn't get any better, 30 degrees and sunny every day. Our daughter and son-in-law and 2year old grandson joined us for a few days which was a real treat. Every day we were at the beach, several days we made it twice. The water was at it's warmest. We visited with various friends that we don't see as much now that we don't live here. All in all, a very relaxing week. We miss being on the Island, but we will definitely be back, hopefully to stay at Stanhope Summer Home. Donna and Rick

BEST LOCATION-SPOTLESS WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED

MY FAMILY (3 KIDS, AND HUSBAND) AND I JUST RETURNED FROM A GREAT WEEK IN PEI. JOHANNA AND JOSH LEFT US THEIR BEAUTIFUL HOME AND A LOVELY BOTTLE OF WINE (WHICH WE NEED AFTER DRIVNG FROM TORONTO). THE LOCATION OF STANHOPE IS AMAZING-CLOSE ENOUGH TO EVERYTHING. WE WENT HORSEBACK RIDING, GOLFING, WATER PARKS, ANNE OF GREEN GABLES, POINT PRIM, CHARLOTTETOWN, AND A COUPLE OF BEACH DAYS. THE HIGHLIGHT FOR THE KIDS WAS USING THE GOLF CART. WE WISH YOU BOTH THE BEST AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR ANY FAMILY. THANKS AGAIN
