Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located Zen Yard studio. Vibrant colors and comfortable furnishings await. The space is functional and comfortable for 2 people. Kitchen area with hot plate stove, microwave, and fridge. Bathroom features dual shower heads. Front patio with outdoor couch for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee in a quiet setting. . Centrally located in the very popular and hip Mid Town area which features trendy shops, dining , and nightlife.
The space
Colorful space nestled in the unique zen yard complex of Central Phoenix. Studio with dining area as well as lounging day bed and smart TV. Fully stocked and functional kitchen for those wanting to cook in.
Location is amazing on this unit. There is many options for dining and nightlife right in the area. Close to downtown and Melrose district. Plenty of art and cultural activities nearby .
Guest access
Guests can access unit through coded side gate and have access to the entire unit.
Other things to note
No smoking in home at any time. $500 fine applies.
Pets are allowed but must be approved prior to booking. $100 fee applies for all
approved pets.
Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.
Outdoor quiet hours are 10 PM nightly.
Guests will have one parking spot and have access to laundry facilities in the complex at no charge.
Zen yard is a small and quiet complex with only 6 units. Neighbors must be respected at all times and no disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
