Suntide TC

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Had all the amenities we needed. Only thing that wasn’t 5stars was, the living room carpet was pretty dirty and the couches definitely are worn but that was the only downside of this space.

Great Weekend Beach Trip

Our family had a great time at Cinnamon Shore and the condo was just right for us. It was walking distance to the pizza spot, ice cream, and activities on the lawn. The front porch is enclosed which was great to keep our toddler corralled. The view is of the parking lot but we didn’t mind. All the amenities were great and we hope to stay here again.

Cinnamon Shores Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very comfortable ground floor, no stairs, two bedroom unit. We really appreciated the pet friendly rental. The only negatives were the door(s) arrangement for the main bath. So frustrating that they open into each other, bang into each other... the assigned parking is not convenient at all for this unit. The unassigned are much closer. Dylan’s Pizza on property was so good we ate there twice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We very much enjoyed our Cinnamon Shore holiday! Our condo was in a great location, with the back patio looking out on the center lawn. We had easy access to all amenities such as dining and the little market. We enjoyed dining at Dylan’s and LisaBella’s (the Mermaid soup was sooo good!). The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very spacious, and the condo was very bright and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bath towels were provided, but bring your own beach towels. Being a first floor unit, it was very easy taking our pup to the dog park which was nearby. And we loved beach time and the beach setup we ordered. We’ll definitely be back!

TC 1103 Review

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many of the doors/door handles need some attention - either the door didn't close/latch (interior, to the bathroom) or we had to pull on the handle in order to lock it (exterior). The blind pulls were a little wonky, missing some pieces, but they worked. The unit just seemed to be showing its age a little bit. Otherwise, it was fine - hot water worked well; fridge, W/D, dishwasher worked well... so some picky complaints. But, for $450/night, I would expect such things to be in good order.

Great place to stay

The weekend was extremely loud at night due to high school kids riding golf carts with loud music screaming. That was our only complaint.

Nice place. Close to the action, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Everything was clean and well organized. Needs a corkscrew though. I opened the china cabinet doors for two days before I realized there was no glass in them and I could just reach through ...

Our dog loved staying there and it was super convenient being on the first floor. I will say that the upstairs neighbors were quite loud, but I guess that could be expected in any hotel or multi-floor building. We'd definitely stay in Suntide again!

Quite a Few Issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Shore, and I highly recommend it to any family! However, we had quite a few issues with Suntide TC 1103. The dryer was broken and never got fixed during our week-long stay. I was also disappointed with the kitchen supplies, which lacked an ice maker (or even ice trays), wine opener, can opener, and grilling tools. The TVs also all had issues -- one was discolored and the other had a line going through it. Also, some of the door handles were broken, so the doors woudln't latch. The property is in a great location though, and it was nicely decorated and clean.

The only issue was both times dryer didn’t work but I didn’t call . We only stayed a few nights end we didn’t need it .
