Quiet home w/loft, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cul-de-sac with a beautiful, relaxing backyard. Unwind in the hot tub or by the fire table, while the kids roast marshmallows by the fire pit and/or jump on the trampoline.

Note:
The fire table's propane tank is no longer provided due to past misuse. Please bring your own if you plan to use it. *Alternatively, for an additional fee of $60, we can provide a full propane tank upon request. Refills not included.

Trampoline usage and liability:
You are welcome to enjoy our trampoline during your stay. However, please be aware that you do so at your own risk. The owner/host will not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using the trampoline. Please ensure that you and your children use the trampoline in a safe and responsible manner.

Hot Tub Cover Policy:
ALWAYS close the hot tub cover immediately after use. $50 fee applies if left open for over an hour; $200 if left open overnight due to risks of damage, safety hazards, energy loss, and increased cleaning.

Nice neighborhood, great host

We were greeted with flowers, muffins, eggs, bread and butter! No need to rush to the store for breakfast food after a long drive. Nice house with amenities.

Wedding Overflow

Loved that this place was central between numerous other family members homes during weekend wedding so we could just not worry about not overloading others - quiet, restful , low key lodging is just what we needed!

Enjoyed the property but needs work

We loved the outdoor space. We used the gazebo and hot tub. Def best features of the house. The house leaves much to be desired. Needs fixing and made whole again. Perks put it up to a 4 star. Otherwise 3 stars.

Quiet and peaceful

The house was very clean. On a quiet cul-de-sac. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfasts. It was wonderful!

Had all we needed

While visiting family in the area, we stayed here. Property is located in a nice neighborhood. House was stocked with everything we needed and hosts were easy to contact when we had questions about entrance to the house.

Great amenities and helpful host. Was a bit smelly the first weekend and neighbors said it was because of a recycling plant but it will be shutting down soon. Great house, felt like home. Thank you very much for having us.

Girls Trip

House was perfect for our girls trip. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals, beds were comfortable, hot tub was perfect to relax in before bed. House was clean and host was great to work with.

Daughters wedding, perfect location.

We loved the house and there was plenty of room for my family. We all had a great time and an amazing experience. The house was very comfortable. The owners were very fast with the response to my messages. They were very accommodating. I would rent this house again.

Just what we needed.

We had a good time at the house. The snow cone and cotton candy machine was a huge hit for the kids. Us adults appreciated the hot tub and outside seating. We had everything we needed to prepare many meals. We enjoyed out stay.

Peaceful place

We stayed here while visiting family in Kuna. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable!! We very much appreciated that this home was smoke and pet free. The home is located within 30 minutes of downtown Boise and an hour of Idaho Springs. Weapon our next trip to Kuna, we will definitely stay here again!! Thank you for having such a lovely home!!

Quick Kuna Getaway

My adult daughter lives in Kuna and I don’t, so like a good Mama, I booked a proper trip for a visit. This lovely home is in a safe, quiet area and had every single comfort I could ask for. My wish was for a cozy place for us to relax and catch up. This sweet home was perfect!

Great place.

Outdoor fire and gazebo is pretty cool inside is nice clean and comfortable. A little bummed the first night the hot tub was turned down to 82 degrees but the following night it warmed up enough to use. I will happily stay again.
