This rental is the lower level downstairs of the home. The lower level has private entrance and is locked off from the upper level space also with a separate entrance. The lock off is in a stairwell away from the living space of both units. Completely separate and private! The downstairs has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with pull out couch. The outdoor space is in front of the house and includes a fire pit, grill and surround seating.
