Welcome to Our Villas — Please Read Carefully
We want every guest to enjoy a safe, relaxing, and respectful stay. To help ensure that, please follow the guidelines below.
Respect the Environment
Costa Rica is home to fragile and diverse ecosystems. Please do not feed or disturb the wildlife—this includes monkeys, raccoons, lizards, birds, and the occasional cat on the property. Feeding animals can harm their health and behavior. Store food properly: chips in the freezer, fruit in the fridge. Keep a safe distance from all wildlife.
Zero Tolerance Policy
We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for:
Harassment, intimidation, or threats toward other guests or staff
Racist, discriminatory, or hateful remarks
Deliberate damage to villas or property
Any violations will result in immediate removal from the property, police involvement, and charges for all damages.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Loud music or shouting can disturb other guests and nearby wildlife.
No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is not permitted inside any villa. If smoking outdoors, please use designated containers and do not leave cigarette butts behind.
Garbage Disposal
Dispose of all trash in the provided bins: in front of the garage at Jungle Creek and by the gate at Casa Pura Vida. This helps maintain cleanliness and keeps wildlife safe.
Conservation of Resources
Please conserve water and electricity. Turn off lights, AC, and fans when not in use, and report leaks or maintenance issues promptly.
Guest Limit
Each villa has a maximum occupancy limit. Please do not exceed it to ensure everyone’s comfort and safety.
Pets
No pets allowed, except registered service animals (with deposit).
Pool & Amenities
Use the pool and shared areas respectfully. Do not jump on flotation devices. Do not add any chemicals, dyes, or other substances to the pool. Violations will result in damage fees.
Humidity & Staining
Humidity staining is common in tropical environments. We use special treatments to minimize it. Do not attempt to clean or alter stained surfaces—contact management if you have concerns.
Security
Always lock your doors and windows when leaving your villa, and use the provided safe for valuables.
Respect Local Culture
Please be considerate of local customs and be respectful toward the surrounding community.
Check-Out
Check with the manager about where to leave your keys. Leave food in the fridge—we’ll take out the trash. Please say goodbye before you go!
