Our unit is compliant with the new BC Government law for VRBO properties. Location, Location! 10 minutes to the Beach & Skiing, you'll will be close to everything! Centrally located 700 SqFt 1BR, 1 bath self-contained suite sleeps 2 people with all the necessities to make living easy, leaving you to enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer. Located in a family style home with owners living on site, this is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful parks and tree lined streets. Get out there and find out why Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities in the world!

THE SPACE
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private suite sleeps 2 with all the necessities to make living easy, leaving you to enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.

The main living room boasts a beautiful fireplace, reading nook, and dining area, with views to your private garden patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon happy hour or evening meal.

The kitchen is fully stocked and provides well for all our 'foodie' guests who prefer to cook at home on our 4 burner stove. Dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, toaster are available for your daily needs. Dine out on the garden patio or inside on the tulip dining table.

Relax and watch cable TV (basic cable package) or hook up to our WiFi for an evening in with your favorite movie or series on Netflix or Amazon Prime.

The main bedroom sleeps 2 on a Queen bed, with comfortable down duvet. An optional Queen size 15 inch deep air bed is available to be set up in the living room making for an airy and restful atmosphere.

The Bathroom is fully equipped with a regular sized bathtub / shower and lots of storage and large mirror.

This trendy neighborhood has great restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping as well as cold beer and wine stores. Get out there and find out why it’s not only one of the most beautiful cities in the world but a place you will call home, if only for a night (or more).

Guests will have a fully self contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom garden suite. Private rear entrance with private patio space. Full kitchen, with laundry facilities within the suite.

Just the best place!

This suite was so outstanding that we'd move in permanently if it was available. Great location as well in North Vancouver with easy access to freeway and all of Lonsdale. The hosts were the perfect combination of attentive and non-invasive. We highly recommend it.

Great Location

Although this property is in a residential neighborhood, it is within walking distance of many fine restaurants. The property manager quickly responded to our inquiries. All in all a great stay!

Cozy staycation

My partner and I enjoyed our staycation at Philip and Leah’s place. The gas fireplace was a nice addition on the rainy days and the fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking and staying in. The hosts are very communicative and made the check in and check out process as simple as possible. Thanks for the great stay!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay

We enjoyed the property. It was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Only challenge was parking--parallel parking backing up a steep slope took a while to master. A couple of times there was no parking space. We had to park further away and then move our car when a closer space became available. Very easy to access places on the north shore but more difficult to reach Vancouver and environs. Except for parking I would have given all 5 stars.

Superior

4 weeks length of stay. Easy access as not a basement unit- it’s on rear ground floor of a family home in a family Home are. Commodious accommodation. Superbly Provisions with kitchen, bathroom and laundry equipment. Sunshine all day through one or other windows ( summer time stay) Quick and pleasant response from owners Close to frequent public transport.

Peaceful stay in North Vancouver

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a main street with lots of restaurants. Easy access to transit. Only a short ride to Capilano suspension bridge. Property was very clean and kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Check in and out were easy.

This quiet family neighborhood is fantastic. Beautiful tree lined streets with lots of free street parking. A huge park and playground is 2 minutes away with tennis courts. Walking distance to bus stops, a grocery store, library, cold beer and wine, trendy restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

AWESOME OUTDOORS LIFESTYLE
Without a doubt, the biggest pro visiting North Vancouver is the access to outdoor recreation opportunities. North Van is located in an absolutely stunning setting, surrounded by forests, rivers, and mountains.

The city is nestled right at the base of the towering North Shore Mountain Range, which means you can be at the top of a 1,449-meter-tall mountain – Mount Seymour — in just 30 minutes from your suite! Besides Mount Seymour, there are two other local mountains for downhill skiing and snowboarding – Grouse Mountain (10 min) and Cypress Mountain (20 min). These three local mountains are popular for wintertime sports like skiing and snowshoeing, but also offer a variety of summertime activities.

North Vancouver has over 3000 hectares of parks and greenways, so you can find plenty of hiking, biking, or running trails. Kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding are other popular outdoor activities in the neighborhoods around Deep Cove on the Indian Arm Inlet.

PUBLIC TRANSIT
North Vancouver is part of the TransLink public transit network and has the most unique, and arguably most reliable, public transportation option – the SeaBus. The SeaBus runs from Lonsdale Quay in North Vancouver over to Waterfront Station in Vancouver.

RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING
There are tons of great places to eat, shop, and hang out in North Vancouver. The trendy and popular area of Lower Lonsdale has a lot of great dining options, particularly around Lonsdale Quay and the North Van Shipyards.
