Situated 20 minutes from the popular beaches with large private pool and a gym.
Villa Mas Paz is situated in a quiet location in a quiet area of Maçanet de la Selva, 20 minutes from Girona airport and the beaches of Blanes and Lloret de Mar.
The house has been modernized since 2023, including largely new furniture and the swimming pool has new fresh tiling and lighting. After the summer of 2023, the patio terrace was renovated, the outside was completely painted and direct access was created (by means of a path with steps) from the patio to the lower terrace and the swimming pool. In the storage space under the house, a mini gym has been created with a refrigerator and facilities for the lower terrace and the pool. The beds have wonderful new toppers.
Picturesque Tossa de Mar and the center of Girona can both be reached within 30 minutes. In addition, you can be in Barcelona within 1 hour. Villa Mas Paz has a lovely private swimming pool of 36m2 with a terrace with sun loungers and lounge set, all with a view of the beautiful hills, behind the house is a lovely terrace with barbecue. The surrounding rock walls make this a wonderful place to enjoy the long balmy Spanish evenings.
The house itself is on the ground floor with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en-suite to a bedroom. A spacious living room with lots of light, a large dining table and a nice sitting area with TV, sofa bed and sliding doors to the balcony. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with grill, dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven and hob with extractor. In addition, the coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster should not be missing. The kitchen gives access to the terrace at the rear of the house. In the basemet next the pool terrace we have created a mini-gym with a fitness bike and multifunctional fitness equipment.
The house has its own driveway where 2 cars can be parked.

We bought this house because of its appearance, the lovely swimming pool, the view and the wonderfully quiet location in Mas Altaba, wonderfully quiet (Mas Paz), but with good connections to the beaches, Girona and Barcelona
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
The house is wonderfully situated in a very quiet location, is spacious and on one level, with lots of privacy at both the swimming pool and the rock patio. Because for us a holiday means peace and quiet and this house has even more, we have given it the name Mas Paz.
