We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and great to walk around. Beautiful views of the sound. Great place to stay with a large family! Enough space for everyone and walking distance to ice cream and the beach!

Heaven from start to finish. Communication with host is next level. Location is on point and the view is just something to be experienced. Wonderful, spacious and comfortable accommodations in a quiet neighborhood. You just can’t beat it. Can’t wait to get back.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We really loved the pool and the tub during our rainy stay! The host was super responsive and kind enough to let us check in earlier on the first floor. Just a heads up that checkout is at 10AM and check-in is at 4PM.Due to heavy storms during our stay, we spent quite a bit of time inside the rental and because of that, we noticed the wifi was pretty weak and thought that throw blankets in the main living area would have been nice for movie/hangout time on rainy days, that surely would be a great addition for future guests! We also run into a good amount of ants indoors, although that very well could have been caused by all the rain pushing them inside.Thanks to the host for being responsive and accommodating!

Wonderful stay at a great property

Chris is a great host. Very communicative and works hard to make everything work great. The house is really nice and a wonderful location. Our family had a great time. The pool is great and the beach is a short walk. Highly recommend and we would like to come again!!

Wonderful and very helpful host. Always very responsive on both phone calls and text. Spacious and comfortable beds. Beautiful views both during days and sunsets. Very kid friendly house and safe neighborhood. Easy access to beach. And fishing dock.

Hotter Otter

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for accessing the beach and the guys and kids enjoyed fishing off the pier at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our extended family of 16. When the third floor had an AC issue Chris was prompt in getting someone out to fix it. Highly recommend.

I wish I could leave a better review. We had an amazing time but there were things I wish were better addressed before our stay.When we arrived we were told the house was cleaned but the main fridge was not as well as there being trash and dirt under the couches and beds. The internet and power were touch and go the entire trip so we ended up using our hot spots on our phones to get the tvs to work.We also were not told about the game room floor downstairs which had extreme damage. We were unable to use that room at all. When I adressed some of these things with the owner they gifted us a 50 gift card to a local coffee shops for our troubles but when we were checking out the girl at the counter said we were lucky that the last guests didnt pick up their 25 gift card so it was given to us instead. Making the gesture a little less meaningful.The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The neighbors were also very kind as well. All in all id give this house a 3 out of 5.Ive paid less for much more. I do hope they address the floors and have their cleaning people do better.Their other reviews are great which is why we chose to stay at this house so im hoping this was a one time thing.

I'm sorry the fridge and under the furniture weren't properly cleaned before your arrival, and that you weren't told about the existing floor damage beforehand. That's on me. The flooring on the first floor is being fully replaced this October. I'm also looking into the internet/power reliability. Regarding the gift card, that was never meant to feel like a hollow gesture, and I'm sorry it landed that way. It was meant to give a little back and share one of my favorite local spots with you. minor details

Overall, this was a very nice house for a large family. However, the owner needs to be more active in the care and housekeeping of the property. When we arrived the floors under the beds were raising a family of dust bunnies and several of the bathroom counters tops had sand on them. We brought these issues to the owner's attention and for the most part they were resolved. Be aware that the beach is, when you get to the beach access, is still 200+yards of loose sand to get through with chairs or any other beach toys.

Very Responsive

The house and location were great, but I want to highlight their responsiveness. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly. That was even more important when the first car of my group arrived. They had trouble figuring out where to enter the code to enter the door, even though the keypad was on the door. I wasn't there so I couldn't help them find it. I sent a message to the owner asking for help, and they responded quickly. They directed me to a website with a picture of the keypad. I sent that to my guests and they got in quickly. Please keep in mind, the keypad is right on the door. I still find it funny they could find it.
