Clean, Quiet, Excellent Family Layout

We stayed for a long weekend in January 2024. Group of 8 people - 4 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids. Property was clean, check-in was easy, includes basic toiletries, fully equipped kitchen, excellent communication with the property manager. Layout excellent for families with separate living rooms on main level and downstairs so adults and kids had their own spaces. Parking for two large SUVs. In-town free bus located a couple hundred yards away but definitely walkable. We would recommend this unit for families looking for a clean and updated home.

Great weekend!

We come to Vail a lot but this was our first time renting this place. We loved it! Such a cozy and beautiful home. It was spacious for our group and a great location. We had plenty of room to move around and enjoyed the deck and hot tub. Parking was a little tight but not a deal breaker. Property management was always available by text or VRBO messenger. Will be looking to stay again!

Warm and welcoming stay

Everything was so wonderful! The communication before our stay, the digital guide book (seriously amazing!), the check in and out process- was all so easy and appreciated. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was the perfect space for our weekend getaway!

Great House!

The Prima Court house far exceeded our expectations! Easy to find! More spacious than we were expecting! Tastefully decorated and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you need to entertain! No noise from I-70! We hope to return! My only suggestion would be invest in inexpensive stemless wine glasses!

Great house for multiple families with kids

This property was exactly as it is listed online! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of our cooking/utensil needs and the grill is epic! Hot tub was such a nice bonus! We will definitely stay here again.

Vail weekend Getaway

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in Vail! The house accommodated our entire family and the location was perfect to get into Vail Village. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back again. The house was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Definitely excited to come back soon!

Vail VRBO

Overall we truly enjoyed our experience at 5040 Prima Court. The location was great for getting to the mountains. The home was large enough for our party of 10 people. The kids liked to be downstairs watching movies at night while the adults were upstairs talking in the living room. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub! Parking was tricky but ended up working out fine. Frustrations we had were around power issues, starting with the microwave and then a call to the after hours line for the downstairs area/internet. To have the power box locked became a problem since it was a continuing issue. Other problems were minor such as the master sinks not draining well and the toilet flush/latch breaking. We would recommend this home to others and would stay again on our next visit.

Epic Vail Adventure

We had a large group that stayed extremely comfortable and had a blast while here! This house has everything you could possibly need and more, super accommodating. The hot tub was a must after our days of skiing and snowboarding and was super great and spacious. Plenty of room out front to store skis and snowboards and boots and not too far a walk to the bus stop to get on the shuttle. Loved staying here and would definitely stay again, highly recommend for small or large groups!

Family Vacation

Place was amazing!!! Clean and in a great location. The only thing that I did notice was that trash bags were not provided and sheets for the down stairs sofa bed were no where to be found. I recommend taking a walk to the nearby park and a hike to the small waterfall.

Great stay at Prima Court 5040-2 in Vail, CO

Had a great stay at Prima Court 5040-2 in Vail, CO. Plenty of room for 8-10 people to sleep comfortably. 3-5 minute walk to the East Vail bus stop. Nice living space and dining table to share with large groups. Hot tub on the deck just outside the first floor and grill were a perfect bonus. The > 40 inches of snow made for an epic ski trip. Thankfully the snow plows come up the driveway so we could get out at the end of the trip! Thanks to Haley Hatley at Vail Vacation Properties, LLC for setting everything up! We would definitely stay here again.

50th Anniversary stay with the family

Everything was beyond my expectations and we would love to stay in Vail at this same property in the future. If I were to make a constructive critic, it would be the need for better pillows in most all the bedrooms. This would of course be an easy fix, but everything else was terrific and fit our needs.

Great Vail Vacation

We shared this wonderful home with another family for a 4 night long weekend. In total we had 4 adults and 7 kids. Location: Located in East Vail we found it a quick 10 min drive to Vail Village each day and preferred this over managing the bus. The downside of this is that parking was $30 a day. Home: We found the home clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. Plenty of bedrooms, beds, and full bathrooms for a group our size. We had no major issues but there were some things we found important to note for the owner or future guests. Kitchen: tight space to navigate for more than one family. Don't use the wine rack on the counter. It doesn't function effectively and we had an expensive bottle slowly slide off of it and break 30 min after placing it there. It would have been nice to have more wine glasses as we only found one. There is both a standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig which is great. There is a nice accumulation of spices and oils for cooking so you may want to check what is there before hitting the store. What we did need to buy, we left for future guests. Kitchen table: beautiful and accommodates a large group, but the lighting above it is concerning. The width of the fixture places the light bulbs at the table's edges. Most of us (even as young as 9yo) bumped our heads on them multiple times. Primary concern here is that someone hits a bulb hard enough to break it and/or cause injury. Deck: we had a lot of snow before and during our stay which was great for skiing! The challenge was that the back deck was loaded with snow. If you are counting on using the nice grill, you may need to dig it out of the snow. The space from the back door to the hot tub was cleared of snow, but the rest of the deck (+4 ft of snow) was not which included the grill. It would have been helpful to have a stick lighter as well to start the grill.
