Welcome to Grammyâs House! This one bedroom apartment, with recent updates, is located near Downtown, sporting arenas, and all major city hotspots. The neighborhood is quiet and residential. In this multi unit home, built in 1900, you will find modern updates alongside classic Pittsburgh charm. A new private balcony with a city view has just installed! Free street parking is also available.

*** EARLY CHECK IN AVAILABLE. Weâd love to accommodate you. Early check in at 1pm for $25. Ask about it and weâll make it happen.

We love this neighborhood! You will be amazed at quiet it is while being able to walk out the door and see the city a few blocks away. A couple of my favorite places for food nearby are Z Best Barbecue and Buford's Kitchen. Pittsburgh has so many options for food so be sure to take a look in the surrounding neighborhoods of Southside, Lawrenceville, and the Strip District!
-There is ample FREE on street parking available with minimal restrictions.
-If you are taking advantage of on street parking be sure to pay attention to parking restrictions on Monday and Tuesday during the warm months.
-It is possible to walk to various locations including PPG Paints Arena, Downtown, and The Strip District. However, many choose to use ride share apps due to the naturally hilly nature of Pittsburgh.
Driving estimates to popular locations include:
PPG Arena- 4 minute drive
PNC Park- 7 minute drive
Heinz Field- 7 minute drive
Strip District- 7 minute drive
Market Square- 6 minute drive
University of Pittsburgh- 6 minute drive
Duquesne University- 3 minute drive
This apartment does have four exterior steps to enter the building with a single side hand rail on the right side when going up. There are an additional full flights of steps with a single side handrail on the right side when going up.

This neighborhood is quiet and residential! It allows you to be close to the excitement of the city but enjoy the quiet offered by a suburb at night. This apartment is minutes from PPG Paints Arena, Duquesne University, and all Downtown hotspots. There is amazing dining nearby including our favorites; Gaucho Parrillia Argentina and The Speckled Egg.
