Neighborhood is not the greatest kinda sketch. We paid a ton for this property during graduation weekend which is expected but absolutely highway robbery what people charge. The furniture in this property is kid size not adult size. The TVs are bigger than the couches. No king sized bed in either bedroom. Enjoyed the size of the home just needs a few upgrades in furniture and bedding.

College football, Go Gators!!

We were going to a game and spending three days in Gainesville. This home is conveniently located to everything that you would want to do but yet far enough out that it’s not hard to get in and out of the neighborhood.. The home is clean and has plenty of room to move around. The game room was fun to play in although we didn’t use much in the kitchen we did use the one cup coffee maker, and the microwave and refrigerator. Everything is up-to-date and very modern. The neighbors were friendly, and it does seem to be in a quiet area. The host was very friendly, and always responded in a timely manner. We were very happy with them. We will book this place again when we come back to Gainesville to go to the swamp!! Go Gators!
