House was perfect for our needs. Clean and the beds were great. Gas grill was a nice perk. Proximity to beach is excelent. Host was responsive. We will be back!

House and location was wonderful. Beach access was across the street and new walkway is very nice. The house is in a quiet location and the beach is not too busy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

What a wonderful week with family and friends! The house was clean, the location was excellent, and the space fit our family of 5 friends well. The kids loved the loft space in particular.

Exceptionally clean and wonderful beach access. Furnishings and decor were great and loved sitting on the deck watching the waves and listening to the surf. Would definitely go back. Also. Great parking accommodations.

We absolutely love this house! The location is perfectly situated between the busier area of Emerald Isle and Indian Beach! Across the street with very little traffic, right at the beach access, and with awesome ocean views. There is more than enough room, decorated beautifully, and fully stocked with everything you need (lots of pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, everything). We got the linen package and had more than enough towels & linens for the very comfy beds! Loved this place so much, reserved it again for next year!! The host was awesome to work with, and responded quickly (even though we didn't have any issues). I can't say enough good things about this house and the host!

Great House, easy beach access

This rental was perfect for our needs. Clean, just enough beds and baths for our family. Very close to the beach and easy to find. We would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I loved our stay! Easy access to the beach. Ample space for a large family to spend time together but also have space to relax alone. The top deck was wonderful to sit on with the cool ocean breeze and a pretty view!

Great location!

The house was perfect for a family vacation! Only steps away from beach access which made it perfect to come and go. Great loft for the kids and plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely book again!

Great Property for Extended Family

We just enjoyed a two week visit to the Beach Retreat. Our second visit and we were not disappointed. Great location, great property with everything we needed for a relaxing stay for 12! Sammy is a great host!!
