The fully-equipped kitchen ensures culinary convenience. Your reservation includes access to Harbor Village common amenities, including open spaces and seasonal hot tub, pool, and tennis courts--see below for details. Embrace a serene and practical stay in this welcoming condo retreat. This is a second floor unit, stairs are required.

Reservations include access to one parking spot, additional parking, if needed, is available through Sunrise Resort & Event Center.

**The heated, outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The tennis and basketball courts are closed during the snow season. Hot tub is open until Jan 4, 2026 and will reopen Memorial Day Weekend 2026**

Comfortable, Clean, and Nearby to Everything

My friend and I to Bear Lake for a best friends trip. It was so easy to get to and instructions were simple to follow. The fan on the fridge was going out and made a loud sound. I sent it to our condo contact and wow they worked fast. A person was over there fixing it within an hour. I did not expect that at all! Everything else was great too. We were close to bike/walk paths, not far from the grocery store and restaurants. My friend and I shared a bed and it was roomy enough for both of us. She would get up in the middle of the night but the mattress was soft and I didn't even notice. Great place. Next time we're up there again, I'm booking the same condo.

Cozy but clean

This was a great place to stay for a couple days. We had a great pool. They don’t have central air so only one room got cold.

This property was great! The only issue was the noisy water pressure when the shower was turned on. I recommend this place for families, as there are many other families in the area enjoying the local pool. However, since I visited with my partner, it felt a bit overwhelming for just the two of us to relax at the pool at night. Despite this, there are many local rentals, food spots, and beautiful views available for equipment to use on the lake, which made for a fun experience overall.
