It was a great spot to commute to the jobsite. The yard and house lay out of room was just perfect. Easy check in, home away from home, and the neighbor hood was great.

We were in town for a ball tournament and you can't beat this location! The property was well-kept and clean, with comfortable beds. The house was in a quiet neighborhood (with a very peaceful backyard) and it was well-equipped (investing in more silverware is my only suggestion). We would definitely stay here again!

Pros- Location was perfect as we were in town for a tournament at Lakepoint . The property was spacious. We were pleasantly surprised that each bedroom had a television for late night TV watching. Cons- Unfortunately, we were without internet/TV service for over 24 hours. Friday morning- Saturday morning. After getting in touch with management, they told me that they were in contact with AT&T and would let me know when it would be resolved. I had to call back several times to check on the status. Because we didn’t spend much time watching tv until the day before checkout, I didn’t notice that the sofa in the living room had a pet/ musty moisture odor. I gave this information to the person who answered the messages. She said that she would make sure that the cleaning staff was aware. The property was otherwise clean and spacious. My experience could have been better if the Internet service had been restored sooner and if the sofa was cleaned prior to our visit.

Great location for baseball players playing at lakepoint

Location was awesome- we came to play in baseball tournament at lake point. We were close enough to go home between games. Not enough hot water for family of 4 however

Birthday visit

We liked the house and area. There is a small ant problem in the master bath, but that can be an easy fixed. The house is a good size, and did not feel crowded. We would rent it again.

Roomy, Clean Comfortable, Child-Safe, Dog Happy Home!

We were in town for the difficult purpose of cleaning out and working on my brothers estate as he passed recently. It was so helpful having a safe, comfortable convenient home to stay in. Everything including snacks, coffee supplies, bath supplies with ample towels was provided. We will definitely rebook here as we have more trips to make back to the area. Thank you!

Property is great and location is wonderful for baseball tournament. The property manager is useless as far as fixing issues. My front door lock was broken and no one bothered to inform or fix the lock for my entire stay. I finally had to insist on physical key after waiting 24 hours for them to resolve the issue. The entire stay we had to listen to a chime on the lock as it tried repeatedly to remote lock. Safety matters. I've never had an issue like this with a VRBO property and now I get msgs to use code on the door to sign out....door lock is still broken.
