This brand new 22 sq meter studio condo unit is located in Tower 1 of SMDC AIR Residences along side Yakal St., facing the Makati skyline.
âą It has a full-size bed, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a bathroom equipped with hot shower, and a kitchen for light cooking.
âą It is equipped with 1.5 HP split type AC, 43-inch HD TV, medium size Refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a 2-burner stove with a built-in range hood.
âą The kitchen is fully equipped with basic cooking ware, utensils, dinnerware, and cutleries.
âą You can watch high-definition movies and TV shows from Netflix and Disney Plus channels for free, ideal for family movie nights.
âą The bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other bathroom necessities.
âą The studio unit is ideal for remote work while enjoying the 100 Mb/sec WI-FI speed.
âą This unit has a dedicated parking space for a nominal fee and additional paid parking for guests on the premises.

The common Pool area and other amenities are located on the 7th floor while parking space is located on the ground floor parking entrance.
