Nice place right on the beach.

The condo is clean with nice furnishings. There is easy access to the beach and a fun Tiki bar and Italian restaurant on the property.

Great location

This apartment is a little dated, but the location was great. We didn't use the balcony because the blinds were closed and tangled, and we felt like if we tried to open them they would totally break. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of storage, and getting our car in and out of valet parking was fast and easy.

Great getaway

We had no issues. Location right on beach with pool and tiki bar worked out for our 3 day stay. Easy walk to several restaurants.

Perfect beach getaway!!

If you are like me going back and forth trying to pick the best property to rent, look any further, this is the BEST one! Our flight got delayed and we got in pretty late and check in was so easy. All you do is go straight to your room and enter in the code provided and your in! So convenient with late night arrivals! Right when we walked in we felt right at home. The views are breathtaking! The Tiki Bar has great food and drinks and so reasonably priced! Wish we ate at the Italian restaurant onsite but it was too short of a trip and will definitely be dining there next time. You can't beat this beachfront property, it has everything you need right there. I just can't say enough about this place we just had the best time. The property manager, Elizabeth was so sweet, and great to work with! She was easy to talk to, readily available and so accommodating! The last night we were there we randomly met the owners Jerry & Maryann at the Tiki Bar! They were the nicest most generous couple and made me love this property even more! We are already trying to figure out when we can get back because we really just had the best time. I'm missing the beach, the Tiki Bar and Tiki the cat! Thank you Elizabeth for being so great! And thank you so much Jerry & Maryann for letting us stay at your beautiful property! 💗

Beautiful view and location but...

On the positive the view is spectacular and beautiful beach. Great location. Negative - too many people since connected to a hotel & must do valet parking. Also, issue with blender not working (missing parts) after inquiring if there was a blender. Silly me, didn't ask if it worked. Also, TV system is horrible. Spent most of the time watching it buffer. Had issue with bathroom sinks as well. Manager & owner both came up to discuss. They didn't think anything was an issue and "no one complained before". After much discussion we negotiated a discount for first night stay (owner wasn't really willing to offer anything). Pictures are deceiving as unit is much smaller and older than portrayed. Would not rent here again, especially given the price.

Amazing views and location

Stayed for a long weekend. Location and direct access views of the ocean made for a perfect trip. Restaurants, shops, and grocery store all within walkable distance.

Gorgeous !!

My daughter and I had the absolute best time here on our little getaway. The view was JUST LIKE in the pictures! The unit was clean, and close to everything. It was so much more than I could ask for. They had a basket full of items that you may have forgotten to pack, a shopping cart to use at the grocery store store down the street, and comfortable beds and chairs to come into after a long day of being out. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this unit. WE WILL RETURN !!!

20th anny

We stayed here for our 20 year anniversary and will be back! Beautiful views from our balcony of the ocean and pool. Our beach man Jose was so nice. Tiki Bar was a plus if you want to stay on site. We recommend the circuit transportation and venturing to Lauderdale by the Sea. Thanks so much for a memorable time.

Family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay Liz was phenomenal from beginning to end she accommodated all our needs. The location was perfect the tiki bar was awesome the food was good you really don't have to leave it was the perfect location. I never stayed somewhere where literally everything was provided. Thanks again Liz for making sure our stay was super amazing definitely would recommend

Fort Lauderdale Trip

I want to start by saying the owner and property manager are absolutely great
 great communication and courteous. The location is good, surrounded by many things to do. The beach was nice and the tiki bar seems to be a popular place. I personally feel like the cleaners of the condo were not doing a good job for them however. It needed a thorough cleaning and even some updating. The tv apps in the bedroom wouldn’t work (it would begin and then freeze or load every 30 seconds) so we just watched tv on our phones. On the last day we were there, there was a couple two balconies to the left of us, on the same floor, having sex out on their balcony in front of everyone. The front desk said they can’t do anything about it. You do have to pay for valet here and most part of FL is paid parking so be prepared. So Pros: you’re renting from good people with good communication and that are very courteous and the location is nice. Cons: it definitely needs to be cleaned well and some updating and you may encounter people having sex on balconies. The balcony view is a bit blocked as it is in the corner. Overall we had a great time and were able to adjust to the condo not being too clean. The owner and manager were so nice it made up for it.

Great property

Fantastic condo . Spectacular ocean views from bedroom and balcony. Fantastic location. Property manager Elizabeth made check-in very easy. Tiki bar was a blast. Good food , happy hour everday and poolside service. Ill be back whenever visiting my daughter at NSU.

Everything you need & more!

We’ve stayed at the Ocean manor resort for the last few years and this has been by far our best experience. The apartment is exactly as described with beautiful views of the ocean. Elizabeth, the property manager is friendly and quick to reply. Looking forward to future trips!
