The entire property was very well taken care of and clean. We enjoyed the backyard area with all of the seating and privacy fences/walls. Just a note that it can get a little noisy being that it is next to a 4-way intersection, but the owner provided a sound machine for each bedroom to help with that!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at this property. The location, omg was the best for ebikers and downtown shopping/dining, etc. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything. This will definitely be our main stay in Bentonville going forward!!!

Fantastic walkable location. We parked the car (and plugged it in to charge as we drive an EV) when we arrived and didn’t need to drive anywhere until we left. Easy to get to Airship or Onyx for coffee in the morning. Grabbed a few groceries from the Walmart market. Excellent place to stay for a relaxed vacation for our family with a newborn. Thank you!

This is a cute, clean house within walking distance to downtown and easy biking distance to the Razorback Trail, Slaughter Pen Trail and more. We’d definitely stay here again.

This house is gorgeous, comfortable, clean, great for walking everywhere. The outdoor seating areas are really pleasant too!

We will be back again! We came for mountain biking and this was a great house in an ideal location. Walk to the square in minutes, and ride to the trails easily! The house was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed.

Such an amazing location. It's close to downtown and the trails. The bike garage area is so helpful to keep your bikes safe and maintained while getting in your miles. The house itself is clean and well stocked with any necessities you could need.
