Awesome location

We had the best time at this location. It was perfect for our family of 5! Close to many things but far enough away as well! We hope to return soon!

Great place to enjoy Maggie Valley!

We stayed at Up & Away for a ski trip in Maggie Valley. It was a perfect place for our trip with plenty of room and very well stocked with anything you would need. It was very quiet and felt remote, yet close to Maggie Valley as well as Waynesville. I particularly liked the deck which was a nice size with great views. The hot tub was very relaxing. I think we enjoyed the cabin much more than the ski slopes! The driveway was a little challenging the first time (they always are in the mountains) but we got used to it quick. Leslie was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had no problem getting settled in! Up & Away was a great value and I would certainly stay again.

AMAZING!!!

We absolutely loved staying at up & away! The house was immaculate! They had plenty of games to keep the kids occupied. Fully equipped! Cozy & comfy! & the hot tub was a hit with the kids! The owners/managers are very friendly & respond right away when contacted! & are Very informative! 10/10 recommend!! We even got an hour away after leaving and realized we left something & they were kind enough to meet us back at the cabin so we could get it.

Girls ski trip

I stayed here while I went with two girlfriends to ski at Cataloochee.. we loved the patio and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was lovely. We all enjoyed our stay and would return to stay again.

Ski weekend

We had a great weekend. This cabin is about 20 mins from the ski resort. We had a great day of skiing and then enjoyed the hot tub when we got back. Please was clean and comfortable. We will be back to stay.

Great stay with family

My family and I had an amazing stay. Beds are comfortable and cabin was clean. Fireplace was beautiful There was games for the kids to play to keep them occupied.

Weekend in the Smokies!

We had an amazing time! We came up for the Thunder in the Smokies Rally! We had never been to the area, but Leslie made sure we knew all the highlights of the area as well as great places to eat & local shopping! She had amazing communication from start to finish! We will definitely be back! Cant wait to check out her other properties as well! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT WEEKEND!

Just plain nice. Clean. Good location. Not new, but very nice. A little tight acessing with a 25' trailer full of motorcycles, but we did it.

getaway in the mountains, we have been in NC many times

Cabin was ok, needed some cleaning, bathroom floor and rugs needed to be washed. Recliner chairs hadn't been vacuumed and were full of dirt. Entry was difficult, 3-4 times to get in, code didn't work, response time from Property manager response was slow. No condiments in unit to speak of, we have rented very often, this was the worst as far as offering anything. Need kitchen scissors, flashlights, we had power outages, maybe some aluminum foil or baggies? Also, we have always been able to load the dishwasher and run it before we leave, not expected to put away and wash all the dishes, think the owner needs to think about how she runs the unit. This VRBO is not up to standard, I would not recommend, many others have more amenities.

The cabin was Awesome!!

The cabin was more than described! The location was perfect! The first night, all four of us got into the hot tub to relax and get into weekend mode. To our surprise, it started raining and the atmosphere could not be more magical! The cabin provides everything. More like coming home than going away. We didn’t understand something with the A/C and we contacted the owner who responded immediately and set us in the right direction. We even met the neighbors who welcomed us and spoke with us and were super nice! I could go on and on but will only say again, IT WAS PERFECT! E will definitely rent from them again!
